The villa is situated 900 metres away from Çalis beach - a 15 minute walk - and close to local shops where it is easy to buy provisions. Along the beach promenade there are also shops and small supermarkets. The holiday home has been built into one block, each house having 2 floors, built in a garden and surrounded by low walls and a gate. It can take 2-6 people. On the ground floor there is a good sized kitchen which is well equipped with built-in units, fridge-freezer and all cooking utensils. There is a dining area, large comfortable lounge and downstairs toilet. Each house has its own private patio and outside barbeque grill. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 twin rooms and 1 with a double - also a modern bathroom with toilet and shower.
It is newly built and newly furnished, providing you with utmost ease and comfort in an extremely peaceful setting. Prices include gas, water, bed-linen (but no towels). Clean bed-linen is provided once a week.The price does not include transfer to and from the airport (Dalaman) but this can be arranged at an extra fee. Hiring mopeds or cars is recommended. Calis Holidays - An increasingly popular holiday destination Calis is on the south west coast of Turkey on a flat strip of coastal land with mountains away in the distance. Calis is just two miles from the larger holiday resort of Fethiye, Calis is 40 miles to the east of Dalaman airport.
Calis - a safe beach location and is therefore ideal for families with children Many of the large hotels in Calis are situated along the coast with the smaller and family run properties back from the seafront with further hotels and apartments set among patches of agriculture. The beach is a long arc of sand and shingle complete with sun loungers and extends round the sheltered bay from Calis to Fethiye, It is also a laid back, easily accessible, resort so is great for quiet-loving couples.
Calis - Calis offers restaurants with views across the bay Along the beachfront. Nearby Fethiye offers even grater variety. Behind the beach is a pedestrianised promenade that is lit up in the evenings. Nightlife in Calis is low-key but it does offer a selection of bars and cafes many on the beachfront and with bay views. There are couple of discos but a more active nightlife can be had in nearby Fethiye town.

For a really individual holiday, we offer 3 holiday homes. The 3 small, closely built, semi-detached, two-storey houses are tastefully furnished and built to accommodate 2-7 people.

The hotel is 20 minutes walk via footpath from to the holiday homes, or 3 minutes with the frequent local bus service.
