About the home

Located in a small complex of luxury villas, with a swimming pool, kids pool, landscaped gardens and car parking space. The complex has a daytime caretaker. 100m2 (1100 sq.ft.) of living space, 2 balconies and new furnishings. Sleeps 8 with a double sofa bed.

Air-conditioning throughout. Clean linen and bathroom towels provided (please bring own towels for pool & beach).

1st Floor
Spacious lounge with sofa bed; balcony & satellite television. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and a WC with shower. A Deluxe open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar, including oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, toaster and kettle

2nd Floor
Includes a very large self-contained master double bedroom
with en-suite WC and bathroom, plus a large and sunny terrace with sunbeds & parasol.

Apartment is 100m2 and is 15% larger than others on the complex and so can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Both terraces overlook the pool, making it safe for small children to play nearby.

Cot & high chair can be provided for £15 per week.

The resort is very flat and so is ideal for those with mobility restrictions. A relaxed holiday resort with stunning views and a 4km long beach. Many activities; excursions and Turkish culture. Great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. A gentle breeze keeps you cool on hot summer days. Enjoy all manner of water-sports, and at the end of day, the famous sunset. A 30 min water taxi through a nature reserve into Fethiye harbour, every ½ hour, every day right up to midnight. The Dolmus minibus runs regularly until midnight – almost to your door – most useful after those long days on your feet or evenings in the bar!

Fethiye

Fethiye is a bustling market town which perfectly combines traditional Turkish life with that of a welcoming holiday resort. Fethiye has a beautiful harbour providing water taxis (to and from Calis Beach), and is the centre for a wide range of attractively priced excursions, including island boat trips on traditional Gullets, motor launches or fishing boats.

Olu Deniz Beach

Surely one of the best beaches in the world, and certainly the most photographed in Turkey. This is the location of the blue lagoon. Clean, warm turquoise coloured water in varying shades of blue. Sit on the beach facing the incoming waves and peer into the blue. No need to dream of paradise here – you’re there! The waters edge contrasts stunningly with the white shingle sandy beach. Very attractive and safe spot to visit for families with lots to do. Many sports and water activities can be found here including paragliding.

Gocek

Very pretty and exclusive fishing village. Very important yachting centre fro which to explore the many bays and islands and surrounded by pine-clad hills. Superb fish restaurants. Charming!

Hisaronu and Ovacik

Set high up in the hills above Olu Deniz, these resorts are cooler during the day, however they turn on the heat in the evenings due to a lively nightlife with lots of popular music bars and discos.

Dalyan

See the loggerhead turtles nest on the beach during the summer. And there’s no better way to do this than to take the African Queen boat down the Dalyan River through the nature reserve. Dalyan village is at the centre of a broad delta meeting the sea at the fine sand of Iztuzu Beach (“Turtle Beach”). Described as “one of the last corners of paradise”, Dalyan is surrounded by bulrushes; cotton fields and pine-clad hills. At night this pretty riverside village comes alive with laughter and music in its many waterside bars and restaurants. The mud baths in this area (see things to do).

Caunos and Llica

Caunos is where you can get really messed up by taking a luxurious, cooling sulphur mud bath. Is also the site of impressive Lycian rock tombs. Follow up with a cleansing dip in the hot thermal waters at Llica. You’ll never feel better – or younger!

“Best holiday we have ever had” My partner and I and our two grown up boys had the most wonderful time in Calis. The apartment is huge, very well equipped and located in a perfect position just a few mins walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The boys have made friends for life both with the locals and some other holiday makers. We thouroughly enjoyed our time which was spent reading by the pool, lazing on the beach and late dinners in Serkul One bar - can highly recommend the Ottoman Clay Pot.

“Terrific place to stay” This is the first time my wife and i have booked our own holiday, usually package, but this holiday was an eye opener. From the moment we arrived in Dalaman Airport, to be met with our own driver, till he picked us to return, everything was superb, on arrival at villa we were delighted to find it was exactly like photos on website, pool, gardens, were immaculate, on entering house we were greeted with a light and airy [and large] lounge area, spotlessly clean, kitchen well laid out and every thing you need and more. The two downstairs bedrooms are large and well laid out, one twin and one double and good size family toilet with shower, up the stairs to the 'penthouse' the room is massive with double bed and en-suite with good size bath, also incorporated is easy to use washing machine, ideal for family hoidays. The balcony is huge enough to take 2 sunbeds and table and 4 chairs easily and the views are great. Calis Beach is only a 5 min walk {on level} with plenty of shops and bars en-route, the Sunday market is a pleasant 10 min stroll and well worth a visit, main town Fethiye is only a ten minute bus ride costing 2TL about 75p and buses run every few minutes and stop anywhere along route.The owner has a local rep in Calis and she is only to pleased to help, the staff are British so they are well aware of the needs of holidaymakers . My wife and myself were so impressed that we have already booked up for 10 weeks next May-July, i cannot recommend this holiday home high enough, it is more like a home from home, roll on next year, thanks again.

“Holiday at it[--]s best” This holiday had everything. The apartment and the complex were ideal, The location had great access to bars, restaurants and shops. The weather was hot,There was lots to do with plenty of trips to go on as well as Turkish Baths. The beach was in easy reach. You tell me what more could you want. “Fantastic Apartment” We have just returned from a two week stay at this apartment and had a fabulous time. The apartment is gorgeous, large and spacious. The upstairs bedroom and balcony are huge. Plenty of space for a party of 5. Everything you need is to hand so much so that we stayed in on a couple of occasions, eating out on the lower balancony with glass or two of wine. The pool area is lovely and clean and well kept. Its location is fab too - just 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Eating out was great as all the restaurants are quite cheap and all the Turkish staff are really friendly. Had a few excursions out and about and all were really cheap - Jeep Safari was a fab day as was the Dalaman Mud Bath - So thanks Roger had a fab holiday and would love to come back again x Response: This review is typical of the great many that we have received in all of our 8 years of renting out our wonderful apartment. Unfortunately all of these past reviews were removed from the property listing when Holiday Lettings and Trip Advisor came together recently, but we wish to point out that this review fairly reflects the views of all who stay in our well equipped and well located apartment.
