About the home

Cheshire cat villa will bring a large smile to your face. This villa is ideal for families and larger groups of people. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms(all air-conditioned), the master bedroom has a double bed, large balcony with mountain and countryside views, inbuilt wardrobe space, with plenty of room for clothes storage. The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower.

The second bedroom has a double bed,wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room. The large balcony over looks fields and hills,peaceful as you can watch the cows and goats grazing near by. The third bedroom has 3 single beds and an en-suite shower room.

The kitchen and living room are open plan,which allows plenty of space for entertaining,relaxing and dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, microwave, water machine, large fridge freezer, small fridge and toaster. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds
There is also a toilet on this floor.
The basement is large, spacious area. It contains a sauna,(small useage fee payable locally) dart board, swing ball, books , games and CD player. Ideal to let the children play in. Leading from the living room there is a very spacious balcony with table and chairs at one end and a built in seating area at the other which has a view of the pool.

The garden is well maintained with private parking ideal for having a BBQ in. There is also a pergola which you can sit under for shade. Timed courtesy lights and safe are also provided. Regular Dolmus service to Fethiye and Calis beach close by. You can walk to Calis beach in 10 minutes where there is always a cooling breeze, you may see turtles and dolphins. There is a range of shops, bars and restaurants available.

Gunlukbasi village is close by 10 minutes walk where there is a range of supermarkets and inexpensive authentic Turkish restaurants, Every Sunday there is the local market where there is a fabulous range of fruit and vegetables also other stalls which you can barter to buy clothes and other things. Fethiye the Turkish working town is 20 min away by bus,fish and fruit market and a huge harbour to walk along.Large range of shops,restaurants and bars.

Kaya koy. Haunted Greek village, interesting to explore. Olu deniz,with its famous turquoise waters and golden sand to swim in and sunbathe.

A wonderful villa for a great self catering holiday ideal for families and groups alike. Plenty of space within and outside.

The pool rarely has anyone at it so most often you have it to yourself.
Ideal location for walking in the ,countryside or down to the beach. This area has small farms near by and you can watch traditional Turkish life from the villa.

Further details outdoors:
Large pool,rarely used by others so you tend to have it to yourself,large area for sunbathing surrounds the pool. Timed lights ensure the villa is well lit at night. Private parking so you can bring you car in from the road. Have a BBQ and entertain in the private garden. The pergola has plenty of shade for when it is hot.Peaceful and quiet but close to restaurants bars and restaurants.

Further details

25% deposit is due at time of booking(non-refundable). The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
£100 damage deposit is payable on arrival this will be returned if there is no damage the villa is left clean and tidy and there is no abuse of electricity usage.

200 units of electricity are provided per week,anything used over this amount will be charged for.
Guests please make sure they have adequate travel insurance.

Kaya koy Haunted Greek village now deserted,very peaceful and interesting. Olu deniz the world famous beach with turquoise waters and golden sand. Fantastic fishing and private boat trips can be arranged.
