During this Yoga Blue Cruise, a one hour yoga-session will be taught every morning and evening.
This course is meant for all Yoga practitioners, and is suitable for beginners.
A devoted practice of āsanas (postures) and prānāyāmas (breathing exercises), done with attentiveness, refines the perception of thoughts, emotions and body sensations and leads to tranquillity and composure.
The āsanas and prānāyāmas are introduced and taught in detail and the participants get relevant information for their daily practice.
All classes are taught in English, if required in German and French.
Accomodation:
The Gulet is 27 meters long and has 6-8 double or single cabins with attached bathroom.
Next to yoga, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, sunbathing and some organized excursions are the activities on board.
Having an experienced crew attending to all your needs, you will share the boat with just a few other couples or single travelers.
Vegetarian Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be freshly prepared and served on board. Non-vegetarian meals are served on request.
