Blue Green Residence is a collection of apartments set around a large swimming pool with extensive landscaped garden. The Residence is set in a super location, just 300m straightly far away from the seemingly endless and action packed beach at the far end of Calis, bringing the smell of the cool waters of Mediterranean Sea where you can find choices of beach front restaurants, bars and cafes scattered along the charming pedestrianised promenade within easy reach and a 20 minute walk to the resort centre.

The seven blocks are set around a large swimming pool and children's pool with spacious well-tended gardens and sun terrace offering sunbathe and relax. This is a quiet residence in a peaceful location and is particularly suited to those looking for quality, comfortable accommodation, close to the beach in a peaceful setting. There are all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, the apartment offers spacious accommodation, the bedrooms have wardrobe space and the modern bathroom is fully fitted.

The residence is a 20 minutes by walk to Calis centrum - a vibrant and entertaining place packed with shops, bar and restaurants. They are also close to the neighbouring attractions of Fethiye, Hisaronu & Ovacik and Oludeniz. All within easy reach by a car or public mini buses ( Dolmus).

The modern, well furnished duplex apartment ( first floor + attic floor ) or flat apartments ( ground floor ) has a open plan high quality fully fitted kitchen, lounge with satellite TV, two double bedrooms (one en-suite ) and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms and lounge have air-conditioning included. The balcony and attic terrace are overlooking to swimming pool. Balcony has a table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dinning on those warm summer evenings.

Apartment available from 2pm on day of arrival unless prior arrangements agreed by us.

Apartment needs to be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow the cleaners sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next guest.

The temperature which is around 86-105F (30-40 C) during the summertime is usually above 50F (10 C ) in the wintertime. So you can comfortably swim in these turquoise coloured waters for nine months of the year! The town itself has everything from a rich and varied holiday to a great living experience. This region is the heart of ancient Lycia and host to a number of historic sites amongst which are Kaunos, Tlos, Pinara, Letoon, Xanthos and Patara. Natural beauties are also close by such as Saklikent. The famous beach of Oludeniz and then great shopping and dining out, every kind of water sports imaginable and the best paragliding in Turkey are some of the unique features of Fethiye. Furthermore, on Tuesday, there is a weekly bazaar, the largest in the area.

As Fethiye is the shining sun of the region. There are many festivals such as word wide famous Air Sports Festival. Water sports festival, traditional folk dance and songs festivals, Motocross championships and festivals. Motocross and Rock festivals and there are so many activities to do around.

Calis Beach is one of the most popular tourist centres of the area. Laidback, uncomplicated and tranquil. Calis is simply perfect for peaceful relaxation. This small beach resort is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet place to holiday or come for a long break.

Calis Beach has good choice of beach front bars and cafes scattered along the charming, pedestrianised promenade.

You can also take a water taxi ride and wind your way through the reeds of the canal as it opens out into Fethiye Bay or jump on the local bus "Dolmus".

This lovely quiet resort is most famous for its breathtaking sunsets and cooling breezes along the beach-an unspoilt 4 km stretch of sand and shingle, perfect for soaking up the sun completely undisturbed. Not surprisingly , Calis also has wide range of water sports on offer all along golden Calis Beach. Or you can just sit back and soak up the atmosphere and what the sun come down over the Islands.

On a Sunday they have a traditional market, offering you a vast of products. Fresh produce is plentiful, clothes, carpets etc...
