About the home

Well equipped luxury 2nd and 3rd floor Duplex Penthouse Apartment close to Calis Beach. Sleeps up to 8 adults. Facilities include shared Sauna and Gym, large pool area with children’s section, gardens and private children’s play area. For your peace of mind we also provide a local English representative and weekly maid service at no extra charge.
Property has three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge area has two sofa beds that will sleep and additional 2 to 3 adults. There is a large terrace for dining with a barbeque and 3 further balconies all with lovely sea views or mountain views to the rear. Apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and is also equipped with Satellite, TV, Stereo and DVD Player. Large Pool area shared with only 11 other apartments. The beach and resort of Calis is only a short 10 minute walk.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Accomodation is fully air conditioned and over two floors, with the bedrooms on the lower level. Balconies all have lovely views to sea or mountains. Main bedroom is large with an ensuite with both a full sized bath and separate shower. Both other bedrooms are also larger than average. Kitchen is well equipment with everything you could need for your stay. I can provide a cot and highchair if required.

Electric and gas during your stay is inclusive in your rental price for the week.
A weekly clean my our maid service is also included
A welcome pack can be arranged at an additional local charge if required
All linen, Towels and Beach Towels are provided

Further details outdoors:
Pool is large and never busy even in high season as shared between only 11 other apartments. There are six sun loungers for guest use. Gardens are attractive and very well maintained with a childrens pool and a swing.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Apartment is located in Calis Beach which is in South Western Mediterranean Turkey. It provides and ideal base for exploring this most beautiful area of Turkey. Olu Deniz can be accessed via Dolmus in about 15 minutes and Karakoy, Butterfly Valley, Dalyan turtle Beach and the Rocky Tombs are all nearby.

Resort is particularly good for families with a great range of seafront restuarants. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to reach the resort and beach so a car in not necessary. There is also a waterpark within walking distance. The watertaxi service to the lovely harbour town of Fethiye is also around 10 minutes walk. This service operates every 30 mins in high season and is also a great experience as the views coming from Calis to Fethiye are something not to be missed. The area is also within very easy bus ride distance to the resort of Oli Deniz.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

Calis Beach with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants is a short stroll away and the nearby harbour town of Fethiye can be reached via water taxi at 30 minutes intervals from there. The resort is great for those seeking a beach location. Calis has plentiful but low key nightlife and also boasts its own waterpark within walking distance of the apartment. Local excursions are easily accessible and include boat trips, fishing, scuba diving and lots of important historical sights.

“A real jewel in the crown!” An absolutely fantastic apartment, ideally located near the beach and multiple restaurants. Aside from the air-conditioned and spacious rooms, the apartment has a superb penthouse balcony giving splendid views to the coast. It also offers some additional extras: a cooled-water machine in particular, and an invaluable washing machine and satelite tv. The large swimming pool is a real asset compared with similar apartments and is never crowded (rarely more than half a dozen or so people to share with). The owner has been a real pleasure to deal with and helpful in recommending a company for booking tours (we booked 3 boat trips in total at an amazing price). My deposit was returned directly into my bank account in full shortly after my return - so absolutely no problems there. We hope to return there next summer and feel so lucky to have had the chance to experience such a wonderful property.
