About the home

A Lovely 3 bedroomed duplex apartment on the first and second floor on new complex with large garden area and pools.

The large master bedroom located on the first floor has it's own ensuite and built in wardrobe and plenty of space to put up the travel cot if required. Also on the first floor is an open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area. The lounge area has a sofa and armchair with TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.
This apartment is furnished to give Mum and Dad a break too. Plenty of cutlery and crockery as well as plastic for the kids mean you don't spend your time trying to wash up after each meal.

The very large twin bedroom on the second floor has it's own sun terrace and built in wardrobe and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has a single bed with second pull out bed underneath.

Further details indoors:
A safe is provided for your personal use and all windows have mosquito netting to allow you to enjoy the evening breeze without the bites. There is a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens with table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining. A second balcony is off the kitchen with clothes airer and line.

Outside there is a large well kept pool with separate baby pool. Sun loungers, cushions and tables are provided with the apartment.

A welcome pack can be arranged at additional cost with prior notice for those arriving late at night. Transfers can also be arranged again at additional cost and with prior notice. Swimming pool open from Easter till October.

Conditions

Short Breaks and long term lets are only available for out of season bookings from October to April.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Calis Beach provides an excellent choice for a perfect relaxing holiday. One of its great benefits is the refreshing breeze, even during the hottest months. The 2km promenade along the beach is lined with restaurants and bars, accommodating all tastes. There are no high rise buildings in Calis and no building works permitted during the summer, so this tranquil place maintains it's charm and beauty throughout the holiday season.

The water taxi provides an enjoyable boat ride from the centre of Calis across the bay to Fethiye harbour where boats can be chartered at reasonable cost to visit beautiful, secluded islands. The local bus service runs regularly and picks up and drops off on request along various routes. The dark sand and shingle beach has wonderful views of the ocean and surrounding mountains, perfect for a lazy day swimming and sunbathing or a quiet drink watching the world go by.

The Fethiye / Calis area

There is an excellent variety of bars and restaurants along Calis Beach providing the opportunity to enjoy a perfect meal and watch incomparable sunsets. Visit the aqua park, book a safari into the mountains or to Saklikent Gorge. Daily excursions, Turkish baths, the Sunday market, internet cafés and the tennis club ensure there is something for everyone.

Fethiye is a 10 minute water taxi journey from Calis. Enjoy spectacular views while admiring the Lycian rock temples, peruse leather products, Turkish carpets and real and fake designer goods at the colourful local market. The pretty harbour provides restaurants and bars as well as a centre for boat trips and diving.

A 30 minute drive will take you to the picture postcard lagoon of Oludeniz with its Turquoise waters a fantastic destination for hang gliding. Saklikent Gorge is within one hour of Calis, famous for its spectacular views and white water rafting.

“Fantastic!!! Brilliant accommodation beautiful surroundings.” I would recommend this villa to everyone. Myself my husband my parents and my 21 month old stayed in this apartment for 1 week. The owner of the villa arranged transfers for us from the airport and I was really impressed when it was fitted with a car seat for my daughter. The apartment is beautiful and the pool and garden is very clean and secure. The beach and restaurants and shops are a 15 min walk away. Calis is beautiful and the people are so friendly and can't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning in the near future!!!
