This 2 bed cottage is part of Karmylassos Cottages which is run by Vedat and Suzanne Akkus, a Turkish/English couple who have committed their lives and energy in making their little haven in Kaya Village. Vedat and Suzanne live on site with their son Tarkan and take pleasure in welcoming you and your family to experience the delights of village life with them.
Their attention to detail in the design and furnishing of the villas along with their willingness in ensuring you enjoy a well deserved rest, or for those who like to explore visit hidden treasures they are on hand to give you the best of their knowledge.
They are available 24 hrs a day for advice and emergencies and their generous hospitality makes you feel that you feel at home straight away!

The owners, Vedat and Suzanne have very exacting standards, and have worked hard to create beautiful and high-quality villas which now rank amongst the best in Kaya village.
Set in the idyllic valley of Kaya village, near the beach resort of Olu deniz and the marina town of Fethiye, our delightful self catering villas are set in well established lush gardens with shared swimming pool. Fully equipped and beautifully presented, the villas each have large terraces in which to relax and enjoy the spectacular scenary.
Our authentic on site restaurant offers traditional fresh Turkish cuisine fine wines and a wealth of good company. Our many other facilities and included extras, ensures your villa holiday the same luxury of an exclusive boutique hotel.

Karmylassos Cottages are set in lush mature gardens. The pool and ornate gardens surrounding it are a wealth of colour. The restaurant terrace area is great for alfresco dinning and enables guests to have all the luxury of a hotel.

Karmylassos Cottages set in the heart of the kaya valley is just a ten-minute drive from Olu Deniz yet a million miles away in terms of ambience and the typical visitor of this area.
The pine clad mountain side gives a luxury of green colour to the valley, with the Old village now an open air museum, a real tourist attraction. A variety of small restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Gemiler beach is approx 10 minutes away by car. The local bus service is relaible and approx 4 minute walk up our lane.
The Fethiye / Kaya Village area
Kaya village has an enormous wealth of Historical sites. For those who like to explore, the small lanes are wonderful for walking or for those who are more adventurous horse riding is a good way to see this beautiful valley.
A few local gift shops selling authentic trinkets and clothing are a real wonder for new guests. The friendliness of the locals and the beauty of this valley is what ensures, guests, to return year after year!

As you come into the town of Fethiye follow signs to Olu Deniz.. Once in the mountains of Ovacik and Hisaronu follows signs for Kaya Koy (village) when coming into Kaya village you will see a BBQ restaurant Cin bal on your right hand side approx 200 metres on your left you will see a sign post Karmylassos Cottgaes and take the right hand turning that leads you down a country lane follow signs and turn left and we can be found there!
