Calis Beach is at a five minute walking distance from the complex. There is a very close supermarket (within 200 meters) and a Turkish restaurant (100 meters) The villas have easy access to the local market and many excellent restaurants (5-8 minute walking distance) for eating out by the beautiful Mediterranean. You will also have the chance to try different cuisines.
It is perfect to spend the whole day enjoying the sun and the biggest pool in the area. In the afternoons, most of our guests prefer the terrace to watch the sunset and relax. There is a 24 hours security guard.
The villas are semi-detached. On the ground floor, there is a living room facing the pool and a deluxe open-plan kitchen including a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. All the rooms have air-conditioning.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms which are beautifully furnished. 1 double bedroom with a queen bed, and the other room with one single and one double bed. So this bedroom can accomodate up to 3 people. The master bedroom leads to a big terrace where you can see the whole pool which is a pleasure to watch at nights. Clean linen and bathroom towels (five sets for each villa) are provided. There is one bathroom upstairs with a shower. There is another wc on the ground floor.
Cots can be provided if you ask for them when you do the booking.

Cleaning is provided. Cleaning takes a couple of hours and it starts at ten in the morning. If you wish, you could also book it for the afternoon.
There is a manual for each villa explaining how to use the devices and machines in the villas. It also includes important telephone numbers.

Two sun beds for each villa are also offered to all guests.

The beautiful site of Pinara was one of the three major cities in the Xanthos valley and one of the six principal cities of Lycia dating back to 5th century BC. It was probably founded as an extension of the overpopulated Xanthos. According to Manecrates, a 4th century BC historian, the leaders of Xanthos felt their city was overpopulated and so they split the city into three groups, settling one at Pinara.
These are actually the main reasons why you should come to Fethiye. It is a place where you can taste and enjoy everything.....All of these places will be just a few kms from where you will be....
It is a place which most of the tourists prefer for their visits to Fethiye. In fact, it is in the centre of all the other attractions so it is very easy to choose from the options in terms of what to do and where to go. Everything you need from restaurants to markets is available in the area. The nearest amenities are within 1 km.
When you reach the beach, you could choose from a variety of different activities such as water sports, boat trips, and some of the extreme sports like parachuting, paragliding...If you choose to come towards the end of July, you could even see the Caretta Carettas (sea turtles) hatchling and heading towards the sea at midnight. It is actually a fantastic experience.
