About the home

Lissa Gardens Apartment is a spacious first floor Duplex apartment that is well appointed and furnished with quality fittings. There are 2 bedrooms and the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There are lovely mountain views. The apartment is ideally situated to explore the Turquoise coast.

The villa is located just 700 metres from Calis beach and just off the main Calis to Fethiye road. A small water park is nearby and restaurants, bars and shops are also a few minutes walk away. The local cheap transport the " dolmus" pass along the Fethiye road every few minutes in the holiday season and will take you to Fethiye, Hisaronu , Oludeniz and beyond and are very cheap. Sun beds with cushions are supplied for the garden area and the main sun terrace at the top of the home, Table and six chairs are located on the balcony with a built in BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen; oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle as well as cutlery and cooking utensils, glasses etc. also a convenience downstairs bathroom.

The 1st floor houses, a double bedroom with two single beds and own balcony , on the top floor is another double bedroom with it's own bathroom and doors leading to 2 sun terraces on each side of the villa. Towels and linens are supplied at the villa

Location and things to do
The local Supermarkets and nearest restaurants are only a few minutes walk from the villa. You can catch the passing Dolmus (small mini bus) just up the road to Calis Resort itself with a long sand/shingle beach and promenade filled with shops & restaurants as well as hotels and various entertainments. Or if you're feeling energetic and it's not too hot the resort is within walking distance from the villa, with a fun water Park also on the way.

Catch the Dolmus the other direction to reach the large busy market town of Fethiye or take the scenic river taxi from Calis takes 30 mins into Fethiye port area highly recommended - the best way to travel!

The locals are extremely friendly and the restaurants cater for all food lovers, from the traditional Turkish to Chinese, with kid's favourites all great value for money.

Great location to relax at the beach or by the pool or if you're the energetic type there is plenty of action to go around – water sports, paragliding, scuba, snorkelling! For people who like to sightsee there are many excursions available from a few hours to a few days, prices are very reasonable and the choice is stunning.

All in all this area should appeal to all ages and all types – why not give it a go, we can help with all aspects of your holiday just ask!

Lissa Gardens Villa is set in Calis in a peaceful area yet only a few minutes stroll to the restaurants and bars on Calis's long promenade. The nearest supermarket is 200mtrs and large supermarkets are situated in Fethiye.

The Fethiye / Calis Beach area

CALIS is a few minutes drive from Fethiye ( cheap local mini buses run every few minutes or you can take a boat Dolmus in the summer months ) Calis is a beach resort with a nice promenade full of friendly restaurants and bars.It is a quiet resort but it still has its fair share of restaurants, shops and bars, the long beach is a favourite with holidaymakers because it doesn't get too crowded and there is a constant sea breeze. The famous 'Caretta Turtles' come to this beach to lay their eggs so if you keep your eyes peeled you may catch sight of one. Small water park nearby and also in Hisaronu. Nice and flat so easy to walk or cycle and always with fabulous mountain and island views.

Fly into Dalaman airport, we can arrange transfer, car hire or a taxi. Taxi's are £35 each way for up to 3 people a mini bus can be arranged for groups of 4 or more at a cost £55 each way. Car hire is from £22 per day.
