Villa Sunset is a spacious 4 bedroomed villa set in its own private garden with drive on a corner plot. The property has its own private pool and is ideal for those seeking a relaxing family holiday home. The local beach is only a 5 minute walk away and there are several local bars and restaurants to enjoy.
The villa is only 2 km from Calis and 5 km from bustling Fethiye with all its attractions. Car hire is not necessary as there is a local bus a 3 min walk away, and the very friendly local taxi driver will collect you from your door if required.
The local shop selling fresh bread, groceries and English papers is only a 3 minute stroll. The pool with sun loungers and parasols can be enjoyed during the day and you can watch the famous Turquoise Coast sunsets whilst enjoying a drink on the large shaded terrace area.

Villa will be prepared and cleaned before arrival and after departure, but a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional charge if required. There is a travel cot and highchair available.

Swimming pool available from 1st May to mid October. Pool and garden cleaned/maintained on a daily basis.
We request that guests do not smoke inside the villa but are welcome to do so on the terrace/patio areas.
Towels are provided but guests are requested to bring their own beach/pool towels.
Conditions
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure date.
A returnable damage deposit of £200 is also required 8 weeks before departure, returnable on completion of holiday (following a satisfactory inspection of property).
Pool is standard Turkish construction, ie no shallow end, 1.5M deep.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turqoise coast has much to offer with a wide variety of towns and villages on the coast and inland amongst the hills and mountains. Easily accessible Fethiye has a bustling harbour with many different boat trips departing to visit this spectacular coast line. Fethiye bay has recently been used as a location in the new James Bond film Skyfall.
There is a popular market on Tuesdays, along with many shops in the back streets and restaurants overlooking the harbour. There is a water sports centre at Olu Deniz with all usual facilities. Something for everyone in this area of Turkey.
The Fethiye / Calis area
Calis is a popular beach resort with a long palm tree lined promenade which leads to Fethiye one way, and Koca Calis the other way, with many friendly restaurants, bars and hotels along it. Koca Calis beach (local beach) is one of the locations featured in the new James Bond film Skyfall. Calis also has a large market on a Sunday, with many supermarkets and other facilities (ie car hire, money exchange bureaus, places to book trips). There are water taxis to Fethiye which run on a regular basis from the centre of Calis, to the centre of Fethiye Harbour until late evening.
Koca Calis is a quieter suburb of Calis, with its own bars, restaurants, hotels and supermarkets, and water sports available on the beach, which is a 8 minute walk from the villa. There is also a taxi rank and dolmus (bus) stop within 5 minute walk.

Villa Sunset is a lovely clean air conditioned property that is more spacious than it looks in some of the photographs. The pool is great, and not overlooked. The owner responded to all correspondence promptly, and was friendly and helpful. Ourselves (a family of four) and our friends (likewise) all had a fabulous stay! |

I stayed at Villa Sunset from the 1st of July 2012 till the 10th of July 2012. Initially I was quite apprehensive as I had not stayed in a villa (mainly hotels) prior to this holiday, however I was pleasantly surprised. The pictures of the Villa do not do it justice, as it is far more spacious than can be seen online. My two young children loved the pool and I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the villa. The villa is located in a quiet friendly area in Challis beach (5-7 mins walk), and you can get to fethiye in 10 mins by car. Andrea had been superb right from the word go, with great directions to the Villa, and always ready to help with any requirements we had. All in all it was a great holiday, great Villa and will definitely go back there again. Thanks for everything Andrea |

We stayed here last yr and had a fantasic holiday , the villa was perfect plenty of room plenty of sleeping space n a fantastic pool which we was in most of the time , very quiet area and close to local shops. Beach n bar/restaraunts not far away either just a short walk of about 5/10 mins , we had a family holiday here with ages from 10-65 so plenty for everybody ,, was very very hot to amazing weather !! .We loved it that much we r planning on returning next yr :-) Thanks to Andrea we had a great time xx Thanks from the Bradley family !! |
