About the home

The apartment is situated at the quieter end of the busy resort of Calis beach just 5 minutes stroll away from the beautiful beach and promenade with it's lively bars, restaurants,cafe's and shops.

One of the smallest complexes in the area with just 14 apartments. With wifi a large pool and children pool. The two story apartment is fully air -conditioned and has a fully fitted well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a walk in wardrobe 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the large pool with sea views.

The local dolmus(bus) is 3 minutes away. and run every 10 minutes. to all the surrounding areas (no need for a car as everything is assessable).

Fethiye is a beautiful harbour town with it's huge open markets and daily bazars fish market and ancient monuments, is just 20 minuets by bus or you can go the scenic way by water taxi

1 camper bed on request and luxury bed room contains a walk in wardrobe, safe for passports etc, en-suite bathroom and perfect mountain views. Safety gates fitted at the top of the stairs. (with children in mind). Balcony overlooking the pool with sea view

Fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces which is open plan to the dining /lounge .
For a minimal fee we can provide maid service once a week for apartment clean and clean bedding, please let us know .optional.

There is also an optional welcome pack which includes tea,coffee,water,ect and is very handy with night flights.
We can also arrange transfers with our management team if required.

The apartment is surrounded by lovely garden and shrubs.

It is gated with a wall around it and making it private for bathing and most importantly "safe for children",
There is a large patio area around the main pool and children's pool.
umbrellas and sun loungers are supplied free .

There is a patio set of table and 4 chairs on your private balcony over looking the pool.with sea view to watch the spectacular sunsets.

We have 2 communal BBQ s which can be used by guests at the moment please leave it clean and tidy.
At the back of the apartment you can sit with table and chairs overlooking a protected wild bird sanctuary.
A nice shaded cool area.

There is a car park at the side of apartments.
The apartment complex is managed by our english management team .

Further details

A non refundable deposit of £100 pounds is required within 2 weeks to hold the booking or booking will be lost.
Along with a refundable security deposit of £100 returned (subject to satisfactory property inspection) approx 14 days after your return .(£200 pounds altogether). Full balance payable 8 weeks prior to travelling

If booking less than 8 weeks in advanced balance and deposit due immediately recite available. All breakages should be replaced this includes patio and front door, parasol for guests use should be returned to apartment at end of holiday. Late cancellation fees will apply.

This is a no smoking apartment. Contract applies as soon as booking form returned. Transfers can be arranged through our management company or you can book independently please let us know which is required.
NB. Please be aware the pool is not filled until May ans emptied in November.

Conditions

Apartment is not suitable for wheel chairs as there is a flight of stairs to the front door.
Please fetch your own beach towels as they are not provided.

Please be aware that Public Liability insurance is not available in Turkey and they are not part of the E.U.
So please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we must disclaim any liability part.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquise coast is a region of real beauty. If you are a nature lover, wanting to explore e new horizons then this is the area for you. Among the many wonders are the pristine turquoise blue waters, hundreds of tiny coves and lush green vegetation with hardly a drop of rain from June to SeptemberThe friendliness of the people and the varied cuisine are testament to the culture that is thousands of years old.

The town itself is a harbour town where a fleet of fishing boats deliver their catch to local restaurants every day so there is always beautiful fresh fish on the menu, Local beer (EFS) is reasonable and some of the locally produced wine is excellent. The town itself is full of restaurants and bars, with many situated along the promenade overlooking the harbour.

There are a large variety of shops selling leather goods, shoes, clothing and of course jewellery. In the centre of town is the old Turkish bath, an experience not to be missed.

OLUDENIZ If you've ever been into a travel agents offering holidays to Turkey then you've probably seen pictures of Oludeniz. The lagoon features on a multitude of posters, postcards and brochure pages and is ideal for swimming and other water sports.

Ovacik is an extension of Hisaronu, a village set in the mountains, it is also a very popular tourist resort in the summer months. Mount Babadaga (Father Mountain) the second largest mountain in the area is situated here and is very popular with paragliders from all over the world.
On Gemiler Island (St Nicholas's Island), Byzantine ruins lie tucked among the pines.

South of Kidirak beach, Koturumsu Bay is reachable only by boat. Beyond the idyllic beach, a forest, waterfalls and a valley filled with hundreds of varieties of butterflies await the explorer. High in the mountains above Fethiye rushing torrents cut a narrow gorge through the mountains, creating Saklikent (Hidden City) get there with a cheap boat trip from Fethiye marina.

“Fantastic holiday at calis beach apts” just got back after a fantastic 3 weeks stay at the calis beach apts. The apts are a short walk from the beach and local shops and a great little resaurant run by one of the nicest people you could ever ask to meet UMUT'S is a short walk from the apts.the apts are in a quiet area so in the day you can relax by the lovely pool,and at night a short walk to the local bars and restaurants. The apts are of a good standard with all you need for your holiday stay. byram is on site to sort out any problems you may have or even take you to the bigger supermarkets nearer town. Will be using again thanks to mr and mrs paul slattery for the use of your fantastic apt.
