This brand new luxurious villa offers you spacious indoors and outdoors living for your holiday in Turkey. It is tastefully decorated in contemporary decor to a high standard with much attention to details and is fully air-conditioned. This excellent villa is light and airy. The spacious accommodation is all on one level and is built to a very high specification. The villa is tiled throughout and both bedrooms have wood floor.
The hall has a cloak cupboard with mirror and french door opening out to the patio. The hall, sitting and dining areas have beautifully hand-made roman blinds and are decorated with contemporary prints from well known artists.
The large sitting area has a bay window and a fire place. It is comfortably furnished with a two and three seater sofa, TV, satellite and DVD.
The french door opens out from the dining area to the south facing terrace. It has a private garden with swimming pool. The terrace has a built in BBQ which makes it ideal for alfresco dining, sunset BBQ and a dip under the stars. Over the fence of the private garden are protected woodlands, occasionally you will see the friendly local farmers who wave to you while their cows graze in the field. It is a perfectly idyllic place to chill out and enjoy your holiday in the sun!
The villa is located in the luxurious development of Oasis Village with beautifully designed water features, landscaped gardens and communal areas. The common areas are well maintained, full of plants, rockeries and greenery which blend into the lovely surrounding landscape of the Turquoise coast.
You can enjoy free on-site facilities such as large outdoor pool with pool side bar, sauna, gym, heated pool for the winter months, tennis courts (tennis rackets can be borrowed from the shop on site) and mini golf. There is also a grocery shop for the essentials and a small restaurant.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Oasis Village is located in a peaceful, protected forest area with green fields and lovely views of distant mountains. It is only 5 minutes drive away to its own private beach or you can get to the beach by walking through a path that takes you pass orange and lemon groves. You can stop at Madam Du Du for some refreshment and sample her delicious home cooking of fresh trouts from her pond.
Fethiye / Yaniklar area
Yaniklar is only 45 kilometers away from Dalaman airport. It is ideally situated to explore some of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. Places such as the much photographed Oludeniz (the blue lagoon) which has calm crystal clear water, the trendy yachting centre of Gocek, Calis and the historical sites of the ancient ruins at Kayakoy are all within easy reach. Fethiye, a lively Turkish market town which has a splendid harbour and promenade is just 15 minutes drive away. You will find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Turkish food, shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, a fish market and markets selling local produces of oranges, tomatoes, herbs and spices.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, beside table lamps and luxurious curtains. It also has a separate dressing area with large wardrobes, dressing table and mirror. You can step outside through the french door onto the patio and garden. The en -suite bathroom has lovely tiles, a bath and shower attachment, toilet, shelves and wash basin with cupboard underneath.
The twin bedroom has two single beds and bedside cabinet with bedside lamp, large wardrobes, a dressing table, mirror and beautifully hand-made curtains.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The separate shower room with toilet and wash basin is also tastefully tiled.
Further details outdoors: You can enjoy a host of on site facilities right at your door steps in Oasis Village. There is a large indoor heated pool and an outdoor communal swimming pool both with pool side bar; a well equipped gym; sauna; mini golf; tennis courts, a grocery shop and a restaurant. There is 24-hour on site security. Sun loungers and garden furniture are provided on the private terrace.

The villa is a no smoking zone and smoking is not allowed indoors. There is also a safe provided in the house.
Conditions
The villa is available to let all year round. The rental period commences at 3.00p.m. on the first day and finishes at 11a.m. on the last day. If you are arriving early or wish to depart after 11a.m, please let us know in advance and we would try to accommodate your requirements. A small supplement charge may have to be paid for the extended time of staying at the villa. From June to September minimum 1 week let. Outside the high season, change over date and rental period can be flexible. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required upon booking. A fully refundable security deposit of £250 is payable to cover breakages etc with the balance of the rent, due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Our rental rates are inclusive of water, electricity, air conditioning, linen and towels but not beach towels.
