Spacious and well maintained 3 bedroom townhouse villa located in the prestigious Seaside complex, which is situated on Calis beach seafront. 3 shared swimming pools and a children's pool make it perfect for families.
The house is set in extensive beautifully landscaped gardens which are well maintained at all times. The villa has 3 double en-suite bedrooms and two balconies on the top floor with superb panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It is fully air conditioned and heated throughout and furnished to a very high standard.
The living room contains 2 leather sofas, one of which open up into a comfortable double bed, if extra sleeping areas are required. There is a plasma satellite TV and the glass doors open onto the marble clad terrace - perfect for al fresco dining! The terrace overlooks the inviting L-shaped pool and is surrounded by green lush gardens with lemon trees and colourful bougainvillea.
The villa is set in an ideal location - peaceful and idyllic, you can lie back and enjoy the sun and views, and yet only 10 minutes walk finds you among the bars and restaurants of Calis Beach!

Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £100 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakages or losses.
Check-in time is from 4pm, check-out time is11am (unless negotiated differently with owner prior to arrival).
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise Coast is a paradise of sun, sea, mountains, and lakes that offers holiday makers an escape from the stress of everyday life. From April to October, the climate is ideal and perfect for relaxing on sandy beaches or enjoying the tranquillity of mountains and lakes. A beautiful stretch of coastline and holiday haven, where welcoming resorts with top-class facilities and varied entertainment sit perfectly with beautiful natural landscapes and ancient history.
Fethiye is located on the South Western tip of Turkey on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. When viewed from the sea it is back-dropped by the Taurus mountain range and in particular Mendos and Babadag mountains. In the winter these mountains are often snow capped which adds to the beauty. The bay is a natural safe harbour for ships and the marina in Fethiye is a popular stopping off point for leisure craft. Fethiye is a lively working Turkish town, great restaurants, good shopping mixed with some fascinating historical & cultural sites.
Other places of interest include Oludeniz with its stunning lagoon; Hisaronu Village with its lively bars and restaurants which is situated between Ovacik and Oludeniz; the village of Kaya Koy, the village of Uzumlu with its locally made wine; and Gocek harbour.
The Fethiye / Calis Beach area
Calis is 5 kilometres north of Fethiye, its beach a wide swathe of sand and pebble that stretches for over four kilometres down the coast past Kargi and onto Yaniklar; perfect for soaking up the sun. The promenade hosts many excellent restaurants and bars all with lovely views over the bay inlets out to sea. It is a laid back resort with something for everyone; great for families as children are welcome almost everywhere and great for adults seeking a sun and entertainment. Calis is famous for its breathtaking sunsets and its cooling summer breeze.
The Seaside Complex is on the beach looking directly onto the turquoise Mediterranean sea. Although in a quiet part of Calis, the resort centre is only a 10 minute stroll along the promenade. Whether its sitting in a waterfront café sipping a cup of strong black Turkish coffee in Fethiye or simply lazing on the beach at Calis, these resorts personify relaxation.

From Dalaman airport there are taxis waiting outside to take you to the seaside resort and Calis beach in a time of around 35 minutes. Alternatively you can pre-book a reliable taxi company before you go you will meet at Dalaman airport and will charge you around the equivalent of £35. The drive is very pleasant and takes in beautiful views as you wind your way through the mountains. Further details available from the owner.

Stayed at this comfortable villa with my wife, my sister and her husband. An ideal location to explore some of the most interesting historic sites expanding several periods from the Roman to the Medieval. Calis itself is idyllic and Fethiye near by is very accessible and has everything available. While there was every facility available for cooking in the villa, we enjoyed the local cuisine in the bars and cafes by the sea giving us more time to explore the area. We went in October when the weather was very pleasant. Not too hot but the water was just great for a swim in the sea and the pool. Already planning a trip in October next year. |
