Our lovely apartment (85 m2) is near the boulevard in a local residential quarter of the cosy port of Fethiye on the Lycian or South-Aegean coast one of the most beautiful and greenest coastal areas of Turkey. The apartment has a unique position - at 100 metres from the boulevard of Fethiye. Situated on the 3rd floor the apartment has a fantastic view from the living-room, the balcony and the roof-terrace of the Mediterranean and mountains. The apartment is in a local residential quarter and the city-centre is at a stone's throw.
Fethiye is authentic and not overloaded with tourists. The inhabitants are very friendly and hospitable. Delicious restaurants, nice shops and you need not go far to have a nice evening out. Fethiye is situated at a big bay, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Fethiye boasts historical sights, some quiet beaches nearby and a lovely boulevard ideal for lounging on during the day and by night. The old town has cute tiny shops and restaurants to everyone's taste.

NATURE AND ACTIVITY The south-west coast of Turkey is known for its green coast, the area is full of pine-tree woods. The city of Fethiye itself is very green and until late in summer every garden is flowering.

Fethiye / Fethiye Town area
Fethiye boasts historical sights, some quiet beaches nearby and a lovely boulevard ideal for lounging on during the day and by night. The old town has cute tiny shops and restaurants to everyone's taste.
The sights close to Fethiye: -Museums with historical excavations -Visits of ancient cities and ruins nearby (Kaya Koy, Xanthos, Letoon) -Day-trip to Ephese and Pamukkale (limestone terraces) -Fethiye market on Tuesday and Fridays with among other things vegetables, fruit and clothes (2 min. walk from the apartment).
Travel by dolmus (cheap local bus) for 15 minutes and you will find the world famous Ölüdeniz-beach: the so-called Blue Lagoon of Turkey with its breathtaking turquoise waters. The family-beach of Calis and the aquapark are also only a few minutes by local bus. A big supermarket, a bakery and a Turkish market (two times a week) are within walking distance. The prices in Fethiye are considerably lower than in other places on the Turkish coast.

Further details indoors: The apartment (total 85m2) has stone tiled floors, new furniture, two bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles and in the living-room a sofabed). Two balconies and a roof-terrace, separate toilet, bathroom and three air-conditionings. You can park your car in the street right in front of the apartment. The kitchen is complete for a good stay, even the filter coffee machine is available !
