Home description

2nd floor Apartment in small select complex close to all amenities. The Apartment consists of a lounge kitchen area , 2 bedrooms, a shower room with wash basin & Wc and has its own washing machine. The Kitchen lounge area comes with sofa bed which enables the apartment to sleep 6 people, a dining area , DVD player and has air conditioning. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets & 3 door wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is a twin bedded room furnished with 2 bedside cabinets, 2 door wardrobe & dressing table and has air conditioning. A cot can also be provided if required for people with a young child The windows & door are fitted with Mosquito screens. The sun terrace is equipped with table & chairs and sun umbrella. Guests have full access to the communal pool and gardens.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Turkey is a wonderful country with fantastic scenery. Once you have seen the Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz you will know why this area is called the Turquoise Coast. The area is steeped in history with lots of fascinating historical sites all worth visiting. The area is a lovely mixture of the old and the new.

Fethiye / Calis Beach area

The complex is in a quiet residential area of Calis but is in easy walking distance to Beach ,Restaurants and bars. Very close by is the Aqua Park and also the Sunday Market. Should you wish to visit the Harbour Town of Fethiye a Dolmus(minibus) runs past the end of our road ever 5-10 minutes. These are a very cheap way of getting around or you could walk up to the water taxi and enjoy a pleasant cruise across the bay to Fethiye. Here you will find numerous restaurants,bars and shops and on Tuesdays why not visit Fethiye Market(you will be amazed). other places of interest easily reached are SAKLIKENT GORGE -Mountain rivers flow into a spectacular gorge.KAYA-KOY-ghost village. TLOSS -ancient ruins.

How to get there

Fly to Dalaman Airport -Calis is approx a 45 minute drive from the airport.
Flights can be arranged through most charter airlines ie Easy Jet, Thomas Cook, Thompsons to name just a few.
Transfers can be arranged if required prices available on request..
Taxis are available at the airport but could cost more than in resort

The sun terrace is equipped with a patio table and six chairs and a BBQ. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided along with towels and bed linen.

The communal pool and gardens are shared between the twelve apartments only. The gardens are illuminated of an evening . Sun loungers with foam matresses are provided for your exclusive use.

Swimming pool open May to October. the towels provided are for use in the Apartment only so please provide your own pool and beach towels.

Conditions

No pets are allowed. Refundable deposit of £50 required for breakages/damages. Although we have made every effort to ensure your safety accidents can happen . There is no public liability Insurance in Turkey and they are not in the EU please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance as we must disclaim any liability.
