"Perfect house for family break, close to playground , shops, coffee shops, and pub"
The house was spotless and has everything we needed from tea bags to soap. Decor is really pretty inside and there is a fine deck with chiminea outside. It's in a lovely small estate with a very safe green area. The kids had a ball.

This is without doubt the nicest house we have ever rented.
From the lovely flowers in the front garden, through the spotlessly furnished house and to the sun deck complete with patio furniture and bbq in the back garden...everything was perfect.
The small estate is quiet, very well maintained and a minutes walk from the village, which really suited my daughter as she could come and go as she pleased without needing to be accompanied.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms were exceptional, with skylights (complete with shades) giving a lovely bright feeling by day. We never used the downstairs bedroom, but it was equally as nice. The beds were comfortable and made up to a standard as good as any I've seen in an expensive hotel.
The twin room has a TV.
The Birthday card and gift left on the table for me was a wholly unexpected surprise and over and above anything I'd ever expect from an owner.
Fethard is an ideal location beach wise, and this house is to my mind in the best part of the village, particularly as it's 2 minutes from Nevilles pub, who provide exceptionally nice food.
I'll be back.

Thank you for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. It was just fabulous, definitely home from home. Everything was laid out for us at our fingertips. Thank you for the lovely gifts when we arrived. Your house is in a beautiful location, beaches, walks, shops, playground, everything so near at hand, also BBQ and outside stove and table and chairs on the decking were really lovely and peaceful and quiet. No. 1 holiday home we have been in, everything we needed was there, and we would thoroughly recommend this property.

"Very relaxed, home from home"
Felt at home from the minute we arrived. Extra special touches from the welcoming gift to beautiful garden. Even the wet and windy Irish weather couldn't ruin our weekend. We will be back.

"Lovely, clean, well appointed holiday home"
A welcoming, well equipped house - situated just at the edge of Fethard on Sea. The owner, Barbara McMahon, couldn't have been more helpful. Our stay was extremely enjoyable, and we would certainly like to return again - highly recommended!

"A home away from home"
Booked this house for a wknd away with my husband and my sister and her husband. We absolutely loved it. Spotless clean and everything you could possibly want is there. Lovely private garden out back again with everything you could want. Situated on the edge of the village so perfect for popping around to have a bite to eat or drinks. "Recommend staying here"
Barbara was so lovely to deal with, right down to a lovely welcome note & treat! The house had ample rooms and all were kept to a high standard. The real fire was lovely to use on the stormy December nights! There was parking right outside and it's only minute walk from local pub Neville's who does food & have free wifi! Would recommend to anyone!

"A fantastic house in a great location"
This is a lovely, well equipped house, ideal for holidaying with small children and teenagers. The nearby playground was a great asset for the small children and it was great to be close to the local shops and restaurants. The owner could not have been more helpful and the house was immaculately clean when we arrived. There was lots to do in the local area and the nearby crazy golf was a big success. My favourite feature of the house was the deck area in the back garden, perfect for unwinding after a busy day on the beach. I'll definitely be renting this house again.
