The Algarve / Central Algarve region
The Algarve is the name of the southern coast of Portugal, incorporating, amongst others, the towns of Faro, Lagos, and Sagres. The region's administrative centre is the town of Faro, which has its own international airport.
The Algarve is a popular destination for tourism, primarily because of its clean, warm water beaches, Mediterranean climate, safety and relatively low costs. The length of the south-facing coastline is approximately 155 kilometres. Beyond the westernmost point of Cape St Vincent it stretches a further 50 kilometres to the north. The coastline is notable for picturesque limestone caves and grottoes, particularly around Lagos, which are accessible by powerboat. Praia da Marinha, Lagoa was classified as one of the 100 most beautiful and well preserved beaches of the world. There are many other beautiful and famous summer places such as Albufeira, Vilamoura, Portimão, Lagos, Armação de Pêra, Quarteira, Monte Gordo and Tavira.
Ferragudo area
Ferragudo is a charming unspoilt fishing village close to Carvoeiro. Shops, restaurants and water sport activities, beaches are within short walking distance. Golf courses and tennis courts are just a short drive away. With the motorway now complete, everywhere in the Algarve is now within an hours drive. Beautiful Seville and Lisbon are only 2.5 hours drive.

Bedroom 2 & 3 has two single beds (with an extra fold up bed if required) with a separate bathroom. The kitchen is open plan and equipped to the highest standard, including ceramic hop cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double fridge and freezer. Large lounge/Dining area, with wide screen television, satellite English channels, DVD and music system.

Booking Terms & Conditions Food Pack (optional) Please indicate if you would like us to provide this, as some clients prefer to shop themselves. Cancellation refunds: up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund. Arrival and departure times Check in times are no earlier than 14:00 and check out no later than 10:00 as we have to get the villa ready for the next clients. Damage Deposit Damage deposit of £200 will be required either by cash or by pre paid and cleared on arrival. An inventory will be supplied and checked with you and a full refund after your departure has been checked against the inventory has been completed. We rely on trust, so if there are any breakage's glasses cutlery, etc just let me know, so we can get the villa ready for the next family to enjoy.
Conditions
Additional Requirements. If you have any additional requirements ie, upgrade of Welcome Pack or Travel Cot etc, please email us immediately so we can arrange for this and update your details. Cleaning & Facilities. There are English basic satellite channels. Linen and towels are supplied and will be changed on a weekly basis. Cleaning will be carried out twice a week. Once the day you get there for change over, mid week to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms and kitchen and change all towels and bath mats and a final clean the day of your departure . Could we ask for the general tidiness to be observed, as it will help us all in keeping the villa to a high specification. Directions Directions will be sent to you about two weeks prior to your departure. General Information When I have received your deposit, an invoice will be sent.
