WINTER BOOKINGS November 2009 to March 2010 - £700 (800 euros) per calendar month
Spacious open plan apartment ( 110 square metres), with fully fitted kitchen ,large living and dining room area , leading to the spacious main bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower facilites. Large second bedroom with guest bathroom ,which has shower/bath facility option Both living room and second bedroom windows lead out on a private terrace , which looks directly out onto the swimming pool. Also available is a guest bed which are both ideal for small children or one adult per bed. The property is ideal for couples , golfers or small families , sleeping up to 4 or 5 persons The dining room seating is for 4 people (spare chair available for 5th person if required) and the tv facility is english satellite channels (BBC ,ITV and SKY news channels,etc ). Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Guests need to bring their own towels for the beach and pool. There is also a selection of dvds films to watch and games for nights in A "Welcome Pack" is provided compliments of the owners ~ Tea , Coffee, Milk, Sugar,Bread,Eggs, Cereal Biscuits , Butter , Juice, WIne, Water - all included in the price!!!!

How to get there
Many airlines now fly to the Algarve , Easyjet, Monarch, British Airways,etc . Use www.skyscanner.net to give you options from different airlines at once. Journey time by taxi is about 45 minutes and will cost no more than 65 euros
By car ~ Take the A22 Faro road out of the airport, then take Portimao Albufeira exit , then carry on past the new Algarve football stadium on your right and then take the Portimao,Albufeira ,Lisboa exit on your right. Then continue to Junction 6 which is the Silves exit .At the roundabout take the Lagoa Estombar turn off,carry on up the EN125 until you see the Ferragudo Portimao road,which will lead you to Parchal.At the roundabout where the new Angel Pilot premises is,take the 3rd turning on left and follow road into Parchal.You are then literally two minutes from the property.

Not under any circumstances must the number of persons in the apartment exceed what has been requested at the time of booking.If a 5th person (maximum number) using property a guest bed will be provided and must be paid for. Any booking party abusing this will be asked to leave immediately ,with no refund.
Conditions
If guests would like to have the pool for their own private use during their stay this will be an extra £200 pounds per week (July and August)

Changeover days are flexible
Prices on based on occupancy of four persons , if guest bed required also , this will incur a £50 per week charge to cover additional linen and towels.
Payment of 25% deposit when booking along with £200(or 250 euros) to cover any breakages.(this will be returned by cheque or cash on checking of house at end of stay) . Final balance to be paid in cash on arrival when key handed over
Check out time is 10.30am and check in time is after 2.30pm . This can be flexible depending on incoming/outgoing guests.We will always do our best to accommodate.
Long term winter bookings (November ,January and February) can be booked for £600 (700 euros) per calender month - INCLUSIVE OF ELECTRICITY and WATER
Outside peak summer period , long weekend breaks and property inspection visits accommodation are available ~ please ask for details.
Private use (for yourselves only during your stay) of pool available at extra £200 per week
