This stunning penthouse is in the gated community, a modern resort offering both luxury and peace of mind to the more discerning holidaymaker. The apartment is on two levels, both of which enjoy breathtaking sea views. It comprises of two bedrooms, both en-suite. The master bedroom occupies the whole of the upper floor and has it's own sun terrace. The layout of the living area is open plan, with kitchen, dining area and lounge opening on to a shaded terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. For those who prefer lounging by the pool and bar, they are literally a stones throw away. This is an apartment for those who appreciate the finer things in life.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region
One of the best climates in Europe with an average of 300 days of sunshine per annum.
Whether you are a keen golfer, a sun worshipper or a shopaholic, there is something in the area for everyone.
Golfers are spoiled for choice, with a world class selection of championship courses right along the coast. There are at least 6 courses within a 30 minutes drive.
The Ferragudo area
Tennis and gymnasium facilities are located nearby and for the those who enjoy water sports, wind surfing is very popular on Praia Grande, just five minutes walk from the resort. Complimentary transport is provided to the Slide and Splash waterpark and to Zoomarine.
Angrinha, the nearest beach, is only two minutes away, but there are another 3 beaches with great restaurants just a few minutes drive away. If you don't want to drive into Portimão, you can take a water taxi from Restaurant Sueste on the harbour at Ferragudo and spend the day shopping to your hearts content.
The village of Ferragudo is just a short walk from the resort and has all the usual facilities such as post office, pharmacy and local market. The main square is particularly popular for lazing over breakfast or a quiet drink and just watching the world go by. There is a wide choice of local restaurants in the village, and needless to say, the fish is wonderful.

The Pent House at Vila Castelo was spotless, the location was brillient, for the beach, restaurants, cafes, even the hairdressers. We only used the car to go to the supermarket. Even my parents who are in their 70's loved the fact that they could walk anywhere and be independent. The welcome pack was wonderfull, a lovely touch. We will be going back, we found some fantastic restaurants in the village. Biff and Linda, Birmingham. |
