The Northumberland region

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian's Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.

Fenwick

Fenwick is a small, picturesque village situated only three miles from the coast. Located close to the A1, the village is in the ideal situation for exploring all that beautiful Northumberland has to offer including superb beaches, historic buildings and castles, and Holy Island which is just five miles distant. Lovers of the great outdoors will appreciate the walking and cycling opportunities on offer here – St Cuthbert's Way and a cycle route run right through Fenwick. There are also numerous vantage points for some excellent bird watching. Fenwick is an excellent base for touring this wonderful part of England.
