About the home

**Prices for 2012 (same as last year - from £495 - £549.00 UK Pounds per week). Long term Winter lets also available. Free WIFI in all apartments.
Uniquely designed double bedded luxury apartments in an elegant Country House. Ideally located for exploring the many hidden treasures on the South East coast of Mallorca. The lively resort of Cala d'Or is only a 20 minute drive away as is the beautiful beach of Es Trenc with its famous stretch of 15km golden sands, and only half an hours drive from Cosmopolitan Capital City of Palma. There are several very good restaurants close by offering fantastic value and wonderful cuisine. Personal Recommendation! Try Sa Placa in Porreres (2** Michelin Chef) but prices 'cheap as chips'...!!

Apts tastefully redecorated annually, furnished in rustic Mallorquin style, bedrooms (sleep 2). Bathrooms have Shower, WC and wash hand basin. Apts have private outdoor table/chairs & seating area (smoking fine outside).

Apt kitchens fully equipped. There is also a fabulous shared bbq/summer kitchen outside which is at your disposal at any time. The living Room is comfortably furnished with large sofa, TV (all Freeview Channels), a large selection of books, DVD player on request, CD Player, Free Wifi in all apts. Bed linen is changed weekly, and towels are changed twice weekly. Pool towels are provided, (just bring your own for the beach). Washing machine and ironing room is available. The gardens and poolside are stunning. Car hire is usually preferred when staying at this beautiful rural property but if you would rather not drive, there is a bus service from the airport to the village of Porreres - 3k away, and the owner is quite happy to collect you from there by special arrangement, so please ask and we will organise this for you. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away.

Over the past few years we have kept our prices low, and by doing so have found ourselves fully booked for most of the year, particularly the main Spring and Summer seasons, and we also get a lot of repeat business and recommendations. Additionally, there is no cut backs in service or facilities, and our apartments are of the highest standard anywhere, guests have tremendous fun, and you will still get your new laid eggs for breakfast regardless of our bargain prices!! We are always open to longer bookings, especially long term winter lets (gardening optional). And we can be very flexible so just pick the best flights to suit you and we will fit in with your plans.

The owners seem to have thought of everything that you will need to be able to relax and enjoy your stay, even to the point of excluding children, so teachers you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Uniquely designed self contained apts with own living room, kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom. Free WIFI. Hob/stove, oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle, TV, books, wine rack. Each apt has a private outdoor seating area which smokers are welcome to use. Use of washing machine and ironing room, free Wifi in all apartments, room fans, barbecue, and use of the private swimming pool and jacuzzi at anytime.

The house is set in ten acres of land with mature, well maintained gardens and terraces. The pool is 10x4.5m surrounded by best quality sun-loungers and garden furniture and there is an outdoor summer kitchen allowing you to make the most of those wonderful heady, summer evenings. Spend a lazy romantic evening downing a glass of wine or 3 in the enchanted candle lit garden. There are many activities available locally, which include diving, sailing, climbing, bird watching (binoculars in each apt), walking, horse riding, cycling (bicycles are available to use free of charge - helmets incl).

The airport is approx 30 minutes away, car hire is essential.

Half an hours drive from Cosmopolitan Capital City of Palma.

The local golf course is a 15 minute drive away.

The Felanitx area

We are centrally located in the midst of three traditional villages each within a 5 minute drive in either direction, the largest village is Felanitx which has a street market on Sundays. All three offer interesting, authentic and inexpensive restaurants, ie. ‘Menu del Dia’ (3 course including wine and water) from 7 Euros.

Please note that to help our guests navigate during their holiday and make the most of the area, we will provide you (free of charge) with a satellite navigation system for the duration of your stay. The location is most suitable for couples and adults looking for a relaxing holiday away from it all. Bicycles also available.

By far the best holiday ever, with a lot of little extras and touches that made it very much home from home. The weather was fabulous too. This is no ordinary holiday. The finca is truly in a class of it's own. We will be back!!

We had a lot of privacy and relaxation but thank the owners enough for their help and hospitality when needed.

Unforgettable we'll be talking about it for ever. Booking early next year as want to come for 3 weeks next time. Thanks for taking us back to the airport when the hire car broke down - you are amazing people.

Champagne anyone! I'm still laughing. Sophisticated, intimate, buckets of fun. A wonderful, time at an elegant, high class, and most beautiful place with the most wonderful people ever. Thank you thank you thankyou! See you in a couple of months.

We really relaxed more than we have done for years, and being smokers we really appreciated having our own seating area outside the apartment where we could sip our wine and light up without it being a problem!! Thank you for that. Nothing was too much trouble & you made us so welcome. We can't wait to come back!! Miss you both already.

What a fantastic holiday; superb accommodation in a quiet location, with great hosts - we were immediately made to feel at home and 'one of the family'. Nothing was too much trouble - the complimentary welcome pack (a fully stocked fridge!, bread, tea, coffee, wine, beer, champagne, etc) meant that we did not have to rush out for provisions as soon as we arrived, (much appreciated). We highly recommend this accomodation.
