This beautiful villa is set on the south facing hillside just outside of the charming village of Fayence. Set in 5000m² of grounds there is a high degree of privacy. The property has a newly installed heated pool with security shutters and is very safe for young children. The villa is well equipped and furnished. There are good facilities within the property for wheelchairs or handicapped persons and a lift for access to all levels in addition to the staircases. This makes a perfect holiday location for families wishing to share with perhaps older relatives who are not so agile!!

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Var is situated just outside of Cannes and is easily accessible to all the popular coastal resorts of the French Riviera. There is plenty to do and lots to see, with an abundance of historical sites, beautiful gardens and of course those lovely sandy beaches. Watersports are available across the coast. Being near to Lac de St Cassien this property has the added bonus for more gentle water pursuits such as fishing, canoeing, rowing or pedaloes.
Fayence area
Fayence is a well known medieval village, perched high and with some beautiful views. The area of Fayence has excellent shopping, supermarkets are within 5 minutes by car, although the village itself does have the usual shopping amenities. The property is around 15 minutes from the autoroute exit and access to all the tourist attractions are within easy reach. There is plenty to do in the area as it is near to the Lac de St Cassien where you can walk, fish, swim or take out a pedalo. Golf at the Terre Blanche Course is just 10 minutes or further afield at St Endreol although there are plenty of choices for the budding golfers.
How to get there
By Road - A great many of our clients chose to drive down through France having crossed the Channel either by one of the ferry companies or by the Channel Tunnel. For some - it may be the first time travelling by this route and therefore our suggestions are largely directed at those who need that little bit of extra help. The Ferries take around 1hr 30 mins crossing time, Tunnel takes 35 minutes, actually crossing time. Please be aware that during busy periods that the queuing time could be a considerable wait before boarding - you should allow for this in your time planning. Further details indoors: From the entrance hall there is a spacious living/dining room with double aspect and doors leading out to the dining terrace. There is a well equipped kitchen which also opens onto the outside covered dining terrace. On this level there is a cloakroom WC, 1 double bedroom with wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom. There is a staircase leading from the hallway and a lift to the upper floor. On the upper level there are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom and a further bathroom en suite. From the entrance hall there is a staircase leading down to the lower level where there is a very well equipped Studio also with an independant exterior entrance. The Studio has a kitchenette and wheel-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a laundry room on the lower level.
Further details outdoors: The property is set in enclosed grounds and enjoys beautiful views over the village of Seillans and local countryside. The pool is surrounded by paved and teak terraces and is overlooked by a lovely covered terrace with dining for 12 and a gas barbecue.
