Situated just 50 minutes from Nice airport and 30 minutes inland from the coastal resorts of St Raphael, Antibes and Cannes. Our decision to buy the house from new in July 2004, was influenced by the fact that it offered the tranquillity of inland France with easy access to the Cote d'Azur.
Fayence area
Fayence has several restaurants, bars, banks and shops. With considerable charm.
Fayence is a typical hilltop Provencal village, with its shady tree lined square bordered by bars, individual shops and restaurants. Our house is on a development of 80 townhouses designed in true Provencal style with red tiled roofs, narrow walkways and brightly coloured walls. The centrepiece of the domaine is the superb pool.
In the winter. Access to ski resorts is approx 1 1/4 hours away.
Several golf courses within 40 minute radius. Inc Terre Blanche.

Further details indoors: The house is very quiet - being well away from the pool. Delightful rear terrace and garden with garden furniture. All on one level. The Domaine is now 4 years old and the vegetation has matured beautifully. The house is ideal for all age groups. Fayence is a delightful centre for the many attractions the area has to offer.
Further details outdoors: The development consists of 80 provencal style houses with swimming pool, health spa, restaurant and bar. 2 tennis courts plus the essential boules pitch ! Table tennis. Our terrace and garden provide a superb area to relax.2 all weather tennis courts overlooking Fayence are available. The indoor spa really makes it a year round attraction. Super pool with various jets to pummel the body ! Beauty treatments available. Steam room and sauna alongside the indoor pool.

Superb indoor spa open all year round plus gym all available on a daily basis at cost.17 euros per visit. Numerous golf courses within half an hour's drive.
