Beautiful, newly built villa with private swimming pool, modern decoration. Very luxurious and comfortable. Wireless internet available. One hour drive from the Nice Cote d'Azur airport. The villa is located about 3 km's from the ancient and charming village Seillans. Seillans is one of the 100 celebrated ancient villages of France. The villa is situated on a terrain of about 3000 m2 with a nice garden, large terraces situated to the south and the private swimming pool (10 x 5 m2) which can be reached directly from the house and terraces. There are 10 beds with the swimming pool, tables and chairs on the top terrace. There is "jeux de boule" place in the garden and further you may use the barbecue when there are no imposed restrictions because of fire risks.

The Fayence / Seillans area

Perched on the southern slopes of the lower Alpes, Seillans is one of only four "most beautiful" villages of France in the entire VAR department. With easy access to Cannes, Monaco and Saint Tropez, it offers the ideal choice for being away from the crowds, yet still within 30 minutes from the beaches and the Côte d'Azur. Just 5 km's from Fayence, the village is steeped in history and has maintained its ancient character. Approached through Côte Provencal wine yards and olive graves, the village offers a heaven of Provence tranquillity. Narrow streets, fountains, one of the best jeux de boules courts with incredible views, terraces and superb restaurants all add to the unique charm of this jewel of the VAR. Fayence is the home of antique dealers, painters and ceramists, famous as a centre for gliding, golf ("Terres blanches") and the Saint Cassien lake.
