Villa Neflier is set in an elevated position within easy reach of the hilltop village of Montauroux. Set in an enclosed garden the property enjoys far reaching views and you can even see the sea. Tastefully decorated throughout it provides comfortable accommodation with two sitting rooms, three bedrooms with twin/double beds and 3 bathrooms. From the living area there is a beautiful covered terrace where you can pass away the hours just enjoying the incredible views. There is a further covered sitting area beside the pool.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

Tanneron is set above Cannes Mandelieu and is about a 20 minute drive through beautiful scenery and stunning views. The village itself is about 5 mins from the villa. In the other direction is the Canton de Fayence and the Lac de St Cassien. Being accessible to both the coast an inland - there is a good choice of activities.

Fayence / Tanneron area

Just a short drive into Montauroux where you will find excellent supermarkets and local shops. There are lots of small villages nearby where they have regular morning markets. The area has plenty to offer if you are looking for activities and attractions from local tennis, swimming, a hydrotheraphy spa closeby, water parks and much more. The local villages also are steeped in history as is the coastal resort of Frejus where there are plenty of Roman sites and architecture.
The choice is yours although we do help a little with tourist information and guides in your villa.

How to get there

By Road - A great many of our clients chose to drive down through France having crossed the Channel either by one of the ferry companies or by the Channel Tunnel. For some - it may be the first time travelling by this route and therefore our suggestions are largely directed at those who need that little bit of extra help. The Ferries take around 1hr 30 mins crossing time, Tunnel takes 35 minutes, actually crossing time. Please be aware that during busy periods that the queuing time could be a considerable wait before boarding - you should allow for this in your time planning.
