The ground floor apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished in colourful Provençal style with full use of local materials
creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. It is well equipped and provides a
top quality standard of holiday accommodation.
Ground floor: An open plan living room with sofa
(converts into twin beds or double bed), television and Wi-Fi. Dining area.
Fitted kitchen area with 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer,
coffee maker and kettle. Shared laundry room. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom.
Shower room and WC.
Outside: Own private terrace with garden furniture.
Shares with 5 other apartments a lovely heated (May to September) swimming
pool (10 x 5m) with wide gentle steps giving access easy for non-swimmers. It
is security alarmed but children still need supervision round the pool area.
Electric BBQ. Table tennis in games area. Extensive grounds. Plenty of
parking within the property.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

The property is situated about 1.5k from the small village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt, a boulangerie, two small shops, bistro, restaurant and tennis courts. It is 7k from the pretty little town of Fayence, famous for its pottery, with some good restaurants, shops and colourful market. There is a horse riding centre 300m from the property, a great area for riding trails through the forest. The region is also well served with way-marked paths and cycling trails. There are many golf courses in the area including the prestigious Terre Blanche at Tourettes, 5km. The many excellent vineyards of the Var provide wine-tasting opportunities. Wonderful ancient hilltop villages to visit include nearby Bagnols-en-Foret with its spectacular scenery, and a bit further afield the dramatic Verdon Gorges. The beautiful Estérel coast with the sandy beaches of St Raphael and Fréjus is about 25k; the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins are about 35k. There is a large lake at St Cassien, about 12k, ideal for windsurfing and bathing.
