Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
The apartment is light and airy, a comfortable, elevated retreat. It has one bedroom, shower room, large living room and a separate kitchen. It has been sympathetically renovated combining old french charm with modern comfort, including free Wi-Fi.
You really do not have to leave the village as so much is available within walking distance.
For food and drink supplies, there is a Casino mini-supermarket, two bakeries, also large markets on Saturday morning until midday, and on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
There are a good variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, two ice-cream shops, and a wine cave. Other traditional commerce can still be found in Fayence; a cobbler, blacksmith, dress-maker and even a candle stick maker! Also antiques, gift shops and art.
In the summer months the municipal swimming pool is open, which is very clean and well kept. There is also a restaurant on the terrace and plenty of grass to sit on if you take a picnic. Next to the swimming pool are four municipal tennis courts.
