A delightful Provencal cottage perched on the hillside within walking distance of Seillans Village.This charming cottage enjoys beautiful peaceful views of the village and hillsides beyond.The grounds extend to 3000sqm and are terraces with lawns, Mediterranean flowers, palms and olive trees. The villa comprises of a main house with two bedrooms and a separate studio with kitchenette and shower room.
There are various areas to sit either in the dappled shade under an olive tree, the wisteria covered terrace, beneath the tile covered terrace or beside the pool and enjoying the views. the interior of the villa is a very comfortable home with many artefacts and ornaments which give it a truly home from home feel. This property is a very well presented and comfortable villa which offers all the charm and appeal of Provencal living.

Kitchen - a country style kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Separate utility room with washing machine.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms - On the ground floor -Twin bedroom. Shower room with WC. Upper level Master bedroom with twin/double bed. En suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
Studio - with twin beds. Sitting area, kitchenette, well equipped with small hob, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with bath, over bath shower and WC. Private terrace with barbecue.

Grounds Steps leading up to the private alarmed pool of 10 x 5m (1.60m depth throughout) with ladder entrance. 3000 sqm of grounds. Please note that there are some unprotected drops in the different levels of the garden and therefore we feel this property is unsuitable for children under 5.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Var is situated just outside of Cannes and is easily accessible to all the popular coastal resorts of the French Riviera. There is plenty to do and lots to see, with an abundance of historical sites, beautiful gardens and of course those lovely sandy beaches.
Watersports are available across the coast. Being near to Lac de St Cassien this property has the added bonus for more gentle water pursuits such as fishing, canoeing, rowing or pedaloes.
The Fayence / Seillans area
Seillans is a well known and medieval village, perched high and with some beautiful views. This is a very sought after area for holidays and this particular villa is located close to the village.
The property is around 20 minutes from the auto route exit and access to all the tourist attractions are within easy reach. There is plenty to do in the area as it is near to the Lac de St Cassien where you can walk, fish, swim or take out a pedalo. Golf at the Terre Blanche Course is just 10 minutes or further afield at St Endreol although there are plenty of choices for the budding golfers.

House is wonderfully homely. Great decor, everything you could want. Gardens extensive, pool beautiful. Seillans 5 minutes a way maybe a bit quiet, Fayence 10 minutes by car small town but great market twice per week and good supermarket. Attending team very helpful. Definite recommendation |
