The terrace has a large table and chairs with sun canopy and the pool deck is equipped with sun loungers and umbrella.The pool is normally open from May to October and will be cleaned during your stay. The villa is particularly well suited for family rentals and couples alike.

The large 'sejour' has a tiled floor, wood burning stove, TV (with satellite) DVD player, and music system. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob,microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. The bedrooms are of generous proportions all with large opening French windows with shutters and the main bedroom has an en-suite shower and wash basin. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and w.c and a further separate w.c.

To the rear of the property are two sizeable terraces accessed via steps and to the front a large garden separated from the pool deck which is level and ideal play area for children. There is a garage and secure parking for three further cars on a gated driveway. The outside spaces are all secluded, quiet and not overlooked.

On confirmation of a booking directions to Les Collines will be sent. A welcome pack will be left for you which will include essentials for your arrival. The villa will be available from 1600 hrs on the day of arrival and guests will be required to vacate the house by 1000 hrs on the day of departure and are requested that they leave the house clean and tidy.
An advance payment of £250.00 is required to confirm a booking.Payment of the balance will be required 30 days before the rental date and at the same time a £500.00 deposit will be taken to cover damages. This will be returned after the property has been checked on departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque.
Conditions
Cancellation charges will apply as follows: Initially the advance payment/booking fee will be forfeited. Once full payment has been made 30 days before the rental start date the whole amount will be forfeited except for the security deposit which will be refunded. We strongly recommend holiday cancellation insurance to avoid any fees.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region


With 300 days of sunshine a year the Riviera is a must for those who crave blue skies, beaches and fantastic weather. Steeped in history the Alpes Maritimes and the Var boast a wonderful coastline, numerous places of Interest and fantastic scenery in whichever direction you travel. Monaco, St Tropez, Nice and Cannes are all within easy reach of Bagnols-en Foret.
Whether you escape inland to the wonderful hilltop villages such as Fayence and Grasse, visit the lakes and gorges of Verdon, or explore and enjoy the sandy beaches along the coast, you can be sure it won't disappoint. The Italian market towns are within easy reach being not far beyond Monaco and a must see! The amazing food and numerous vineyards are incredible and the finest in all of France.
The Fayence / Bagnols en Foret area
Bagnol and the surrounding towns and villages stage markets nearly every day of the week, most months of the year. You will never be short of locally grown and produced food, cheese and wine to wet the appetite. Bagnols has all the usual amenities such as bars and restaurants, a post office, cashpoint, delicatessan, tabac, hairdressers, chemist and doctors surgery. There are numerous large supermarkets the closest being in Le Muy, a 14 km drive away.
Les Collines is situated just 18km from the coast and all its amenities including the beautiful sandy beaches of Frejus and St Aygulf. There are boat trips and water parks excellent shopping and of course fantastic waterfront dining in the many cafes bars and restaurants.
