Family house with wam atmosphere and friendly, helpful French neighbours between sea and mountains. Pool and lovely landscaped gardens. Not a luxury place but very relaxing and most mod cons. Lily, the neighbour's cat, is a regular visitor. Cannes half an hour, Nice airport 40 mins by car. Gorges de Verdon, St Tropez one and a quarter hours. Car essential. All shops and restaurants easy five minute access. Local shops and restaurant walking distance.
Landscaped Gardens over half an acre. Two bedrooms and Living room give on to Terrace overlooking pool;
Barbecue at Back and Shady Terrace for those very hot days

WE are not aiming at the luxury end of the market as this is our second home which we love and we want to keep that ambiance, so no super-fussy guests please. Emily our optional 'Meet and Greet' Hostess is bilingual French and English and has a definited CAN -DO attitude to life. She can meet you at the airport for an extra charge.

Wonderful sunny South of France climate; Between Sea and Mountains; Nice and Cannes 30-40mins by car; St Tropex just over an hour; Loads of Culture but lots of wildlife;
Mountain biking; Lac de St Cassien - fishing; swimming; rowing; pedalos; clean water; lake-side restaurants; not available all the time because we love being there
The Fayence / Montauroux area
Eight local 'Perching villages' all with stunning views and great restaurants, lovely local markets [try 'Cedric le savon' at Fayence on Tuesdays] and interesting shops - local Glass-blowing Studio with fabulous colourful different glassware [we are not on commission - it is just lovely glassware]; Fresh local organic fruit and veg to die for; Jerome the wondrous-eyed Butcher up in Montauroux Village has amazing meat. Montauroux is a working, local all year-round village.

What a fabulous location. Sitting on the outdoor terrace with a glass of rosé, enjoying the garden and the pool, really made our holiday last year. The house is in a great area, with the Lac St. Cassien close by, as well as some gorgeous 'villages perchés', with colourful markets and lovely shops. All the bedrooms open onto the terrace, so from the moment you wake up, you are looking out into the garden, which is full of lovely flowers, and listening to the birdsong. After excursions to Nice and Cannes, it was a pleasure to get back to the peace of Montauroux. |

Our guestbook is full of complimentary reviews which are too numerous to mention, but we can put you in touch with a selection of email addresses if you would like to take up references. This is our family home which we rent out in peak holiday times to help pay the running expenses and it is not a de-luxe villa for people looking for top-of-themarket which is why we don't charge topwhack. We hope you may want to come back and also beome part of the Colline des Bas Adrechs regular visitors and enjoy contact with our hillside neighbours who enjoy sharing a rose or two.

We require payment in Euros directly into our French Bank Account with Societe Generale in Callian in France and will furnish you with the relevant details. In exceptional circumstances we can accept UK sterling, but there will be a supplementary payment for this.
