Situé à 9 km de Honfleur, dans une campagne verdoyante, « Ndila Cottage » est un lieu paisible idéal pour découvrir le Pays d’Auge et les côtes normandes. Ce gîte est composé de 3 chambres spacieuses chacune d’elles dotée de leur salle d’eau/WC, d’une télévision et de la Wifi. La capacité d’accueil de cette demeure est de 8 personnes (6 adultes et 2 ados). La pièce à vivre est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Cette véritable maison normande décorée avec un très grand soin est située sur un terrain de 4000 m² avec une piscine partagée en été, baignade en rotation, avec les propriétaires.

FRAIS NON COMPRIS DANS LE PRIX DE LA LOCATION : une taxe de séjour de 1,80 € par nuit et par personne est demandée sur place à votre arrivée (sauf pour les enfants mineurs).

Les frais de ménages de 90 € (obligatoire) et de 50 € de draps (obligatoire) . Serviettes de toilette + 1 gant est proposé pour 5€/personne et par séjour. Drap de piscine 5€/personne/séjour

Une caution de 500 € est demandée. Celle-ci est remboursable 14 jours après le départ si aucun dommage n'est constaté.

Couple peu fiable. Ne tiens pas ses promesses et ne respecte pas le règlement du logement. Il faut tout leur céder ( horaire d’arrivée, horaire de départ. Ils ne pensent ni aux hôtes qui précèdent, ni à ceux qui suivent. Le checking et le checkout ne veulent rien dire pour eux. Il faut sans cesse s’adapter à leurs envies. On leur offre une bouteille de cidre de bienvenue et il la laisse bien en évidence en partant sans l’avoir bue. Toute la famille est partie le dernier jour, sans dire au revoir , en catimini et sans avoir rendu l’état des lieux d’entrée signé, qu’ils avaient pourtant promis de le faire. Pour me nuire, ils ont même laissé 2 avis à 2 jours différents sur d’autres sites pour être sûrs que cela fera son effet. Je garde la tête haute et je n’ai rien à me reprocher. (Cf tous les avis positifs et certains hôtes qui reviennent). Tout se serait bien passé s’ils avaient respecté les horaires d’arrivée et tenu leurs promesses. Malgré tout, j’embrasse leur petite fille Rose qui a 9 mois.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Delphine (the owner) a message.

If Delphine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
