About the home

Splendid dependance in a beautiful historic villa with a private 10x5m swimming pool.
The villa’s external area measures about 150mq. It constitutes ancient olive tree groves, perfect for having lunch or dinner outside. The swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and a shaded area.

This house is composed of a wide living area with a double sofa bed and TV Sat. Separated by a little wall there is a kitchen area provided with new and up-to-date domestic appliances. In addition, the villa provides two bedrooms (one of which is a suite) and two full bathrooms.

The structure has a swimming pool about 10x5m in size. It is shared only with the owners. They live on the property at a villa nearby and are private, discreet and amicable.

The villa offers an inviting Apulian atmosphere characterized by typical local features, such as the splendid citrus tree groves and the century old olive trees, in a completely peaceful and quiet setting.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash please pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).

Due security law reason we will check-in only the guests who are in our booking-form and agreement.

Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.
Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement.

Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay.
Finally cleaning are mandatory EUR 75

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions).

Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am).

Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from EUR 10 per person.
Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations.
Electricity is billed by use EUR 0,30 KW/h
Heating (if used) is billed separately.

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archaeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.

The Fasano area

These same contrasts also apply to the history and culture.
Puglia is divided into Capitanata, Gargano, Terra di Bari, Murge, Valle d'Itria and Salento each a distinct area with a very different feel and each with their own history, culture and local cuisine.

Driving on the SS16 toward south (direction to Brindisi), exit to Fasano-Taranto, then follow to Via Roma for about 2.2 km, then take the SP5 to Cisternino for about 1.5 km

By Car coming from South
Driving on the SS16 toward north (direction to Bari)
exit the SS16 to Fasano-Taranto, then follow to Via Roma for about 2.2 km, then take the SP5 to Cisternino for about 1.5 km
