This villa is offering a 1.000 sqm green area with typical century-old olive trees and fruit trees all around the fully furnished 12x6 mt swimming pool.
In the Nido there is a large living room with double sofa bed, separated by a little wall there is the kitchen area. Two large bedrooms are offering a very comfortable double bed with large wardrobe. Then two wide bathroom with shower and services.
We suggest this property for a little family or a couple which is looking for a not expensive charming property with all services and furnitures, in a beautiful "green" and typical puglia' style context. Quite and comfort are totally ensured! Private and shared garden.

The Puglia/Molise region
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archaeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.
Fasano area
These same contrasts also apply to the history and culture. Puglia is divided into Capitanata, Gargano, Terra di Bari, Murge, Valle d'Itria and Salento each a distinct area with a very different feel and each with their own history, culture and local cuisine.

By train - Nearest railway station is Fasano (www.trenitalia.it) which is about 5 km far from villa. Trains come from every major towns of Italy. Regional trains are coming very often.
By Car coming from North Driving on the SS16 toward south (direction to Brindisi), exit to Fasano-Taranto, then follow to Via Roma for about 2.2 km, then take the SP5 to Cisternino for about 1.5 km
By Car coming from South Driving on the SS16 toward north (direction to Bari) exit the SS16 to Fasano-Taranto, then follow to Via Roma for about 2.2 km, then take the SP5 to Cisternino for about 1.5 km
