This farmhouse comprises: bedroom 1 with large, double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and is fitted with ceiling fan. Hair dryers are also provided. En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1. Second, separate bathroom. The bathrooms are fitted with bath, shower, basin, WC and bidet and have been further equipped to assist wheelchair users.
Dining Area - a large dining table is avialable for inside eating. Dressers house an extensive range of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

The Algarve / East Algarve region
The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal and it's one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations well known for glorious year round sunshine and excellent sandy beaches.
Faro / Estoi area
Coast/Beach: the coastal resorts of Quarteira, Vilamoura and Quinta Do Lago, Olhao, Fuzeta and Tavira are all approximately 25 minutes by car. It is easy to access the many delightful, small, quiet beaches along the way. Praia de Faro, with its long sandy beach, is also worth a visit.
Golf: casa Abrigada is ideally located for the varied golf courses of the Algarve. Quinta Do Lago (Pinheiros Altos,San Lorenzo) Vale Do Lobo, Vilamoura Golf, VilaSol are all approximately 20 minutes to the West and Benamor near Tavira a similar distance to the East.

Extensively equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave together with an abundance of cooking paraphernalia enabling the preparation of most types of cooking.
Accessibility: the villa has been designed with wheelchair access in mind, having 90cm wide doors and flat surfaces from the parking area throughout the house. The only steps are to the roof terrace and garden area. Provisions have also been made in the bathrooms for wheelchair users.
Ceiling fans are fitted in most of the rooms and these, together with the window shutters and rustic pole bedroom ceilings, maintain an cool interior during the summer months. A wood burning stove and other heaters are available for the cooler evenings during the winter. Ideal for families. A cot and high chair are also provided.
Further details outdoors: Outside: the private pool measures 9.5m x 4.5 and has a surrounding patio giving elevated views across the valley and hills beyond. Steps lead to the flat roof which provides a secluded sun bathing area. Loungers, parasols, tables and "pool toys" are provided.
A barbecue and outside eating area (with stone table and awning) are located adjacent to the kitchen.
