Bookings for minimum 3 nights.
25% of full booking price required at time of booking to secure booking. This will be paid back if cancelled 6 weeks before arrival date.
If booking made under 6 weeks of arrival, then full payment is required.
Plus, deposit required upon booking - full deposit returned one week after tenant has vacated the property and the house has been checked with no damages made.
Cancellations: Cancellations under 2 weeks of arrival leads to a 10% cancellation fee and plus any bank charges for transfers incurred.

From the M25, head towards Junction 10 A3, take exit heading south. Keep on A3 until Guildford and pick up A31. Stay on A31 south, go past Shepherd and Flock large roundabout, keep on A31, go through Farnham big traffic lights, stay on A31. Next is COXBRIDGE roundabout. Take first exit signed A325 Wrecclesham. Approx 200m on left take first exit to 'Kingfisher Road'. Approx 100m on the right is Heron Close.
