Guestbook for The Orangery
A beautiful property in the semi- rural area of Farnham. Carol and Peter were most welcoming. The Den and the Orangery are very tasteful decorated with a warm atmosphere, and is equipped with everything you might need. It is recommendable for families with/without children or couples / friends. We will be definetely returning on our next trip to the UK.
Maha - Europe
We arrived at Dragon Lodge after a long flight which had been delayed 4 days by the extreme weather that hit the UK in December 2010. It was the perfect place to rest our heads. The location is idylic, the furnishings were top class and the unit had everything you could possibly need including a central heating system that works brilliantly! Our hosts, Carol and Peter were always available and extremely accomodating throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to recomend Dragon Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable and reasonably priced accomodation in the Farnham / Frensham area. Wing Ho - China
Carol was very friendly and even provided a breakfast basket with added extras such as wine and beer for us! Couldn't ask for better! Thank you Carol!

"Excellent - we will return because of the responsiveness and flexibillity to requests and customer care demonstrated by Carol and Peter " Lady B - Singapore
"We have stayed twice in the Dragon Lodge; the first time in The Orangery (2 adults, one child), the second time in The Den (3 adults & 2 children). Carol and Peter Woods are very friendly and very uncomplicated. The second time we visited Dragon Lodge we really felt like coming home. You can park your car nearly in front of the apartments which is very comfortable when you have to unload your suitcases. The garden is wonderful and it is nice to sit in the sun in front of your apartment. DVDs, CDs and games are provided. There is free Wireless Lan available. A lot of information about local pubs and interesting things to see is also provided"

"Carol and Peter themselves are very welcoming and were always available when or if we needed them. There was a decking area outside the property with garden furniture provided and this looked on to a beautiful garden. We were also invited to use the gazebo in the garden. We have self-catered for over 30 years and this is one of, if not the best we have ever been in. Carol had sent us a lot of literature when we first booked the property"

"We stayed in the one-bed cottage and then the two-bed cottage. Having the two bedrooms is great as their room sizes were very good, plus a nice bathroom, although the living area /kitchen was smaller than in the one-bed cottage. We loved the kitchen and living area in the one-bed cottage but preferred the bedrooms/bathroom in the two- bed place! Carol and Peter are lovely and we will be staying there again next year"
Maxine - Bangalore
"Very friendly owners and a welcoming bottle of wine. Comfortable bed, good heating, nice outside terrace for al fresco meals" J.S. Phuket
"The very first thing which impressed us was the WARM HOSPITALITY AND WELCOME we received from Peter and Carol It was a very pleasant experience to stay at Dragon Lodge. Their garden is colourful and well kept. Each unit has deck chairs and table and gas barbecue. It is situated in the beautiful Frensham area, with nearby forests with walk trails, Big Pond, garden centre and other places of interest to visit. Special mention must be made of the "breakfast pack" made available in the refrigerator: it far exceeded my expectation! It was ample and sumptious including also a bottle of wine They have stocked each unit with ample tourist information and leaflets. Telephone and internet is available for use by guests. Special mention must also be made of the cleaniness of the units" S.S. South Africa
"Good base for our visit to watch the Womens British Golf tournament at Sunningdale Golf Club" R.P.J. -
