About the home

This beautiful modern 3 bedroom property is suitable for families of all ages. The property has a ground floor bedroom for easy access and benefits from full gas central heating. The property has stunning views across the private lake and out to Titchfield Haven. Fishing is permitted on the private lake. This property suits any one who like walking, water sports, bird watching , or beach life. This tranquil setting is an ideal spot for relaxing. The owners offer an on site chartered physiotherapist and can provide massage and physio services by appointment, for corporate groups we also offer team building by an experienced qualified practitioner, using experiential methods including reflective group work and practical team building exercises

The house has the benefit of wi fi and cable television. The kitchen is fitted with all modern kitchen appliances and has a separate utility room. There is a balcony from the master bedroom over looking the lake and a large decking area off the lounge. One of the bedrooms is down stairs for easy access. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a separate toilet down stairs. There is laminate flooring throughout.

The garden has a secluded private decked area with a BBQ and seating for 8-11. It is ideal to dine on those warm summer evenings. The lake is home to pet ducks and wild ducks who enjoy being fed by visitors (any wild bird food is acceptable/ ducks must not be fed bread/bird food can be purchased at the nearbyTtitchfield Haven). Pet friendly: There is a charge of £30 per week for one pet- please enquire.

Hampshire is a beautiful county encompassing the new forest national park the historic maritime city of Portsmouth picturesque villages and stunning coastlines. A very popular holiday destination with many tourist attractions appealing to the old and young alike.

Museums - Motor museum at Beaulieu, royal marines museum and D day museum in Portsmouth, Submarine museum. Adventure / Play - Paultons park (Southampton), Romsey rapids water park, Aquarium Southsea seafront, Piers and funfair Southsea, monkey business indoor adventure playground.

The Fareham / Hill Head area

Hill Head has panoramic views towards the Isle of Wight and Cowes. It is an easy walk along the promenade to Lee on the Solent, which has a water's edge playground. Salterns park (5min walk) is a fantastic Kite surfing and Windsurfing area that is home to some of the UK's top kite surfers. You can also take lessons there or just watch and enjoy the action. The property backs on to the Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve. Titchfield Haven is a nationally renowned nature reserve, celebrated as a winter refuge for a large variety of ducks, geese and wading birds, and as a summer breeding ground for the rare Avocet.

Hill head is located on the Solent in Hampshire. It is approximately midway between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton. The closest motorway is the M27. From the motorway it is a 10 min drive to Hill head.
Southampton airport is a 20 min drive, Gatwick & Heathrow airports are approx 1 1/2 - 2hrs away. Bournemouth Airport is approx 40 mins away.

The closest train and national express bus services operate from Fareham. (approx 10 min drive)
