Home description
The Retreat is a lovely home which sleeps up to 6 + cot, situated in an exclusive part of Hill Head just off the coastal road, with the property enjoying beautiful views of a nature reserve and lake where swans and deer can sometimes be seen.
The Beach is just 2 minutes walk from the property at the end of the road, and two adult bicycles are provided to explore the area on which are included in the rental price.
There is a beautiful Garden at the property just under 1/2 acre in size with its own lake! There is a lovely decking area with seating accessed by french doors leading out from living room, which runs the whole length of the house and as it is fully enclosed great for for children to play in.
Guests have the use of a gas BBQ and a number of sun loungers in the summer.
The master bedroom upstairs has a balcony which with the decking area and its seating, table and parasol both offer uninterrupted views of the nature reserve and beautiful lake.
The property has the benefit of a large Garage and driveway providing parking for up to 4 cars and boat & trailer if required.
The house features two double bedrooms (one double, one twin), double sofa bed, travel cot if required, two bathrooms with bath and power shower (en suite to twin bedroom), a downstairs cloakroom, modern fitted kitchen with all appliances provided, utility room, dining room and living room. TV & Video players are provided in both bedrooms including the living room.
All bedding, linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided for your stay, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
A housekeeping and child minding service are also available.

The Central Southern England / Hampshire region
Hampshire is a popular holiday area, with tourist attractions including its many seaside resorts, the maritime area in Portsmouth, and the motor museum at Beaulieu. The New Forest National Park lies within the borders, as does a large area of the South Downs, which is also scheduled to become a National Park. Hampshire has a long maritime history and two of England's largest ports lie on its coast. The county is famed as home of the writers Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.
Hampshire has a milder climate than most areas of the British Isles, being in the far south with the climate stabilising effect of the sea, but protected against the more extreme weather of the Atlantic coast.

Located next to the Tichfield Haven nature reserve. Positioned close to the Solent walk. Walking distance from the Osbourne view pub and restaurant. Beach at bottom of road Close to Hill Head sailing club. Great for water sports. Cycling and walkers paradise (pets considered)

Conditions
There is a lovely decking area with seating which runs the whole length of the house and as it is fully enclosed great for for children to play in. Children are very welcome to play in the garden as well, but due to the lake are to be supervised.
Housekeeping service available where the property is cleaned for 2 hours, and fresh linen and towels are provided, at £17 per week.
A child minding service by security checked professionals is provided subject to availability, at weekends and evenings from £5 per hour.
Wireless Internet Access is an optional extra at £15 per week. Everything else included in rental cost - bedding, linen, beach towels, bathroom towels, parking, gas & electricity.
