The villa is ideal for families and group of friends, with plenty things to see and enjoy during your stay, like the private pool 10x5 and gazebo with barbecue and wood-pizza-oven, where you can enjoy with barbecue and relax, viewing the vineyards and olive groves. Then you have a beautiful terracejust out the kitchen where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner, free wi-fi and Internet access. On request you can have a cooking class.

The Villa is sunlit all day long, it is situated between the hills of Monopoli and Alberobello, and the beaches of the Capitolo, 10 minute by car to all of them.

Quiet and peaceful area, only 5 minutes away from to all amenities, including local market, petrol station, bar and local restaurants-pizzeria.

The Villa is ideal for families and groups of friends, with plenty things to see and enjoy during your stay.

In the Villa we make some product from our land (eg: Wine, Olive Oil, etc.) the pool will be available all year around,on request you can have laundry service, in addition to traditional Italian cooking classes, guests can make and taste delicious pizza, cooked in an authentic wood fired oven, and exquisite pasta from Puglia.(Free cooking class from 1 November 2016 to 1 April 2017 ask the owner for details).The owner English-speaking endeavours to provide personal advice regarding local restaurants and places of interest. All the outdoors space and the pool will be cleaned daily by the owner.

The villa include 2 King bedrooms and one bedrooms with a maxim 4 single beds. you can ask extras bed without no charge, with 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs, one of the bathroom as hydro-massage shower, large living room with large sofa, kitchen is full furniture with dining table up to 10 people, all rooms are fitted with Air conditioning. In the living room and kitchen has TV, DVD, radio.

The Villa as, electric Gate, covered parking up to 4 cars and uncovered parking for 10 cars. The Villa has 2 outdoors patio, one is next to the pool which is include gazebo 5x5m with table x 10 people two hammock, than is there pizza wood fired oven, BBQ. Upstairs we have a external veranda with sofa to enjoy a cup of coffee or ready a book in peace.

    Dear Guest, I don’t really remember you have been in my Villa on August 2017. First I got 2 bathrooms in the Villa you can see from the pictures. The Villa was Bild on 2009, means the 2 bathrooms are 8 years old (how can be old? ) The beds have been changed last year, and be remake the pool. This year will be ready a jacuzzi. About the price from 2017 to 2019 as gone up only 20%, the rest is the fee for TripAdvisor, I still say this is not the Villa you have been. if you have really been in my Villa, and for you the problem is the price, you can contact me, and I'll definitely give you the same price for 2017. do not write random reviews. My Villa is open to everyone

    Gentile Signora, La ringrazio per il suo commento positivo, mi fa piacere che abbia trascorso 2 piacevoli settimane. Vorrei però correggerla su due punti: In primo luogo la piscina non è di acqua salata ma bensì di acqua dolce. In secondo luogo ci terrei a precisare che,non vivendo all'interno della proprietà, ed essendo il terreno circostante esteso per più di 15000 mq, sono stato costretto mio malgrado a recarmi in Villa a sere alterne per occuparmi dell'irrigazione di piante, fiori ed alberi poiché, come lei stessa mi ha più volte sottolineato, le 2 settimane in cui ha soggiornato sono state particolarmente torride. Oltre tutto mi sono anche preoccupato di mantenere l'ambiente attorno alla piscina pulito e, per quanto possibile, libero da insetti e quant'altro, affinché lei e i suoi bambini poteste trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Detto questo, spero di riaverla come mia ospite, mi troverà sempre a sua completa disposizione. Cordiali Saluti Sergio

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
