Rob & Janina Cushman, owners of Le Mandorelle, have purchased a marvellously restored small house in the "Centro Storico" of Todi with two bedrooms and two baths. It is the perfect place to enjoy the ambience of this wonderful medieval town. Two minutes walk from the central square, Piazza del Popolo, this location will allow you to have your morning coffee in the serenity of this extraordinary place.

The apartment has three floors; the first, at the entrance level, has a laundry room and is a perfect place to store bags. On the first floor is a very comfortable living room with an entertainment centre, computer with Wi-fi, a dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the second floor is a bedroom and bathroom, both with skylights. The upper bedroom has an air conditioner.

You enter the house through a quiet street (Vicolo) which is truly only two minutes walk from the Piazza del Popolo, the historic centre of Todi. As you turn into the street you will see medieval arches with potted plants in the doorways. Immediately inside the door is the laundry room and stairs to the second floor.

The living room is a comfortable and spacious area to relax in while you contemplate your next excursion. There is both a sound system and a TV for your enjoyment as well as a high speed computer connection.

The dining room will be the perfect place to enjoy your "Italian" creations and is only a few steps from the kitchen. The kitchen is small but efficient with all modern conveniences. Also, there are excellent restaurants "just around the corner" from Vicolo Etrusco.

The master bedroom is very ample and has plenty of storage room in the "armadio". The second bedroom is on the third floor reached by a spiral staircase. The bedroom is practically the same size as the master bedroom with slightly lower ceiling height. It is 8 feet in the centre of the room with a slight slope following the roof pitch. The bath is next door but with somewhat less headroom which is common in most "attico's". With a bath/shower, toilet and bidet, this is a perfect respite after a day touring the countryside.

How do damage deposits work?

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
