Ground Floor apartment, furnished to the highest standard, this family owned apartment with terrace and large private garden is set on a fantastic development Al Andalus Thalassa. There are 2 large outdoor swimming pools with children's splash pool, tennis courts and children's playground, all set in beautiful landscaped gardens with water features throughout. For the golfers there are 4 top class courses near-by including Europe's first desert course - desert springs.

For the energetic there is a small gym area. If you would rather just relax and unwind, guests enjoy the exclusive use of an indoor Swimming pool and Spa centre (1 Oct - 31 May) which includes sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and water jet circuit.This largely undiscovered coast of Spain is ideal for relaxing family holidays, couples and golfers looking for cheaper and less crowded golf than other areas of Spain. Almeria is truly an unspoilt region of Spain with over 320 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 20 Celsius.

How do damage deposits work?

If Stuart (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
