BAN RIM NAM is an exquisite stilted Thai style open plan house designed with careful consideration for the surrounding natural beauty. It is tastefully decorated and furnished with bedroom, lounge and dining areas, en suite bathroom, European style kitchen, air conditioned and screens to all windows. The large covered terrace, which overlooks the river, is furnished for additional dining and relaxation.
The house is situated on the banks of the Nan river in the grounds of the owners private residence; who are a well known local family, personable, caring and offering unique Thai hospitality.
The property is secured with metal fencing & gates and at night it is attractively illuminated with subdued lights.
A maid service is provided ( Monday to Frday) with facilities focused to create a friendly and warm environment suitable for all manner of guests including toddlers and children.

Smokers are welcome, but in consideration of others, please restrict to the covered terrace.

BAN RIM NAM has been tastefully furnished and equipped with an eye to detail, providing a comfortable "home
away from home". Access to this stilted property is by a short flight of stairs with further recreation space on ground level.
A flat screen satellite Samsung TV and music centre , selection of DVD's , unlimited Wi-Fi internet are provided for guests enjoyment.
The quality furniture includes, dining table and chairs, crockery, cutlery and wine glasses. A comfortable upholstered sofa for relaxation, built in fitments for storage and a large double bed. Further sleeping facilities can be provided for children. Quality linen and towels are changed weekly.
The European styled kitchen area is fitted with an extractor hood, hot & cold water, two hotplates, storage cupboards, a mini oven, large refrigerator, microwave and a selection of utensils.
The ensuite bathroom, with hot & cold water, has an enclosed shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Access to the covered terrace is by a glazed door and ; is further furnished with dining table & chairs, a sofa and CD player.

BAN RIM NAM is situated in an attractive private garden adjacent to the river bank; it is laid to lawns and tropical flowers. Many trees are placed to provide areas of shade.
Sunloungers & umbrella, swinging seat and barbeque are provided.
There is ample covered car parking and a securtity fence
Fresh water fishing is available from the river bank and in nearby lakes.
During the Songkran Festivities (The traditional Thai new year) - mid march to mid april- the opposite river
bank is transformed into a beach with water sports and many bars and restaurants.
