From the owner

The apartment on the Bodrum peninsular is situated on the Flamingo Country Club resort between the Aegean Sea on one side and Lake Tuzla on the other. The lake is often frequented by the delightful birds which lend their name to the resort and when they are in residence the water appears to turn pink.

Melissa 23 is an excellent sized ground floor apartment offering spacious, fully air-conditioned accommodation spread across an integrated living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. A sofa bed in the living area opens out to provide additional sleeping space if required.

The Flamingo resort has its own restaurant and clubhouse and there is a large pool for everyone to enjoy. Each block of apartments also has it's own pool. A short walk away is the stunning Infinity pool with fantastic views over the Aegean.

A supermarket, recently opened close to the entrance to Flamingo, stocks all your self catering needs but there are also some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and also in nearby villages. To experience the Turkish way of life, visit one of the many local markets or take one of the famous dolmuses on a trip around the peninsula. Excursions further afield can also be booked locally.

This apartment can be rented individually or together with the upper apartment, Melissa 24, which I also own. I can also arrange airport transfers to and from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
