Small cottage of 45 m², warm, colorful, family or lovers, located in the countryside, on the edge of a river, in a very quiet place where we hear only birds and horses. Heated swimming pool from May to September. For athletes, the cottage is located on a great hiking trail; you will discover a very varied landscape: rivers, numerous bridges or fording, watermills (2 water mills at about 1 km from the cottage), farms (2 farms less than 1 km, procurement of local products, wood, forests, water plan, pony-club less than 1 km.) We have prepared itineraries from IGN maps. Practicing the race walk for 7 years, I can accompany you on various courses, including the roads. Label quality hiking and cycling and 3-star hotel by the prefecture. The rural Department of the Vienna tourist.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If SOPHIE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
