From the owner

Spacious apartment (110 mq) in Desenzano del Garda on the first floor with elevator, in a quiet area, 200 meters from the lake and less than 800 meters from the city center.

In the apartment there's place for 7/9 people (3 double bedrooms, and there is the possibility of an extra bed and sofa bed) (Maximum 9 guests). 2 bathrooms (shower, bathtub), living room and kitchen, balcony and large terrace overlooking the lake.

Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, wi-fi, bed blankets and towels for the bathroom.

It does not have private parking but there is a free public parking (unguarded) outside the home.

For big groups, to rent a small apartment on the ground floor (in the same building) with 4 more beds you look white holiday home

in the house there are: regular oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, wi-fi zone... ecc

we accept children of all ages but for small children, parents must take full responsibility. WE DO NOT ANSWER OF INJURIES.

N.B. On arrival you will be asked for 200 Euros in cash for damage deposit, if at check out will not be found damage to the apartment will be returned
