From the owner

First floor apartment over looking pool area, comprising of large terrace balcony in front and another balcony at rear.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite,and a bed settee in the lounge dining area,central heating and air conditioning, gas/electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, two of the bedrooms have access to the rear balcony, the front balcony is an ideal dining area with table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool and pool area that is lit up in the evening, there is secure parking at the rear of the apartments that is accessed by an electronic gate opened by the owners key fob, there are only eight apartments within this complex which have the use of a large communal BBQ,at a small charge. It is a ten minute walk into the centre of Marina Di Ginosa, with its busy shops, bars, restaurants, and market area, in high season there are plenty of activities taking place in the local Park, it is twenty minutes walk, five minutes drive to the local beach where you can park in the shade and hire sun loungers and umbrellas, the apartment is ideal for families and couples alike, unfortunately it is not suitable for pets, smoking is acceptable if confined to the balcony area, there is cycle hire at reasonable prices in the town, and a must do in Marina di Ginosa is a visit to Lucarelli,s ice cream parlour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
