Very large comfortable home from home apartment with large fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar which includes Large fridge freezer,Full cooker,Washing machine, Dish washer, Micro wave oven, Coffee maker, Toaster, Electric kettle.Electric hot plate for outdoor cooking.

Dining area has six seater table and chairs.

Sitting area has six seater comfortable corner unit settee, Fifty inch flat screen TV with all UK and Irish channels, Blue tooth radio CD player. Broadband,WiFi (no extra charges for WiFi)

Bedroom one includes a king size comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom two includes two single beds.

Bedroom three has two single beds one of which is a pullout bed this room is ideal for two children sharing.

All bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes.

Separate shower room with wash basin and WC.

The apartment has a very large south facing sunny balcony with two sun beds, Large dining table for outdoor cooking and dining. From the balcony there are superb views of the sea.

The swimming and separate kiddies pool are set in well maintained landscaped gardens which exit onto the beach. Safe beach for swimming snorkeling also good fishing.

Playa De Cristo beach with its lively beach bars is a five minute drive from the apartment also in the other direction Sabinillis beach with a huge selection of restaurants bars and shops and Duquesa Port are within a short drive and have ample parking spaces

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
