Livigno, Tipical of the Alpine arc between Switzerland and Italy, located at 1816 metres above sea level. A paradise for nature lovers and sports offers its guests many winter activities (skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, ice skating etc.) and summer (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, horseback riding, Nordic Walking, etc..). In this you will find the Chalet, typical ' baita Matthew's all renovated with many seats inside. Located just a few metres (20 m) from the ski lift connected with the carousel 3000, in the area of San Rocco the Chalet offers one, two and three from 2/4 and 4/6 beds. The wooden furniture in keeping with the style of the House create an atmosphere typical of the mountain environment. Each apartment has fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and instrumentation to cucinareInternet and satellite Tv in each bathroom shower towels dryer. Private parking and ski and skiboots deposit. To request a heated garage, sauna, laundry, housekeeping and linen. Livigno, a typical mountain village, is a renowned tourist spots with the most technologically advanced ski lifts and more than 100 km of slopes. Its climate allows skiing from November to May with a constantly powdery and soft snow. Livigno is also the paradise of the mountain shopping, enjoying a VAT-free status corresponding to an average savings of 22%. Livigno is a holiday destination not only in winter, but also during the summer time with its green fields, ideal for trekking and escaping the sultry weather of the big cities. Matteo Chalet is located nearby the Carosello 3000 cableway in the San Rocco area, Chalet Matteo is a typical mountain house that has been recently renovated. The Chalet comprises study, two and three room flats with 2/4 or 4/6 beds each. The wooden furniture blends with the house style and creates the typical mountain atmosphere. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher and kitchenware, along with satellite TV, hairdryer and bath towels. Free private parking and a heated ski boots room are available. Upon request, a heated garage, access to sauna, laundry services, house cleaning and linen are available.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Matteo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
