A house of character located in the south of Malta in the heart of a quiet town Zejtun ensures guests a peaceful and relaxing stay and offers a unique Maltese experience. Sleeps 6 to 8 persons. The house compromises of a 3 bedrooms with air condition, a private pool with 6 metres long and 4 metres wide which has a Jacuzzi and swim jet, BBQ area, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious kitchen / living /dining rooms, 2 washing machines, a large roof.A coffee machine and free wifi are also available. The house is close to shops, public transport, open market, chemist, banks and more nearby shops.(Village core -Bakery, Banks, Butcher, Pharmacy and doctor, Newsagent, Post Office, Supermarket, Green Groceries, Café's and bars) all within 3 minute walking distance. Bus terminal 2 minutes by walking.)

The house is located 10 minutes away from the Airports and It's just few minute away from the rocky and sandy beaches as 8 min at 4.5 km to St' Thomas Bay and 7 min at 4.3 km to Pretty Bay. Beaches in the north are never more than 30 minutes drive. Local coastal villages offer a huge variety of restaurants. It's just 4 min at 1.9km to the fishing village of Marsaxlokk well known for its fresh fish restaurants. it just 15 minutes away from Golf Course.

The home is 250 years old, which has been extensively revamped with modern fixtures, it enjoys very private and peaceful surroundings. It now has Wi-Fi included. All the bedrooms are spacious and all are fitted with air-conditioning. The large yard has been transformed into a delightful and relaxing pool and sun deck area. A modern, gas type barbecue and a 8 seater outdoor dinning table complements the area.From the roof top, which is also accessible, on can see the surrounding village and distant views of the island.

Outdoor pool

The swimming pool is private. The size is 6 meters long and 4 meter wide. The Depth ranges from 3 feet to 6 feet. A Jacuzzi is also available and a Swim Jet is available in the swimming pool. The pool area is fully decorated with outside dining facilities as 8 seater dining table, BBQ and deck chairs.

Accessibility

We can provide a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor and a ramp to access the house. On the ground floor one can access living, kitchen and dinning room. One can also use the pool area. The pool ranges from 1m to 1.5m. Please let me know if you have any mobility problems to provide you the listed features

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
