From the owner

A spacious semi-detached 5 bedroom house, sleeping 11 with private parking for 2 cars on the edge of an estate in a great location within a few minutes walk of the centre of Falmouth town, The Moore end of Falmouth High Street and the Pier.

There is a large kitchen overlooking the garden and with a door to the terrace and breakfast bar seating for 2.

The dining room seats 11 and next to this is the sitting room also seating 11, with tv and dvd player along with a selection of contemporary novels, games and toys. It has patio doors opening onto the main terrace which has two picnic tables.

The house has a family bathroom, a shower room and the master bedroom has a shower ensuite. There are two further double bedrooms, a twin and a triple room. All beds have duvet, 2 or 4 pillows and crispy white sheets.

There are views of the Castle and the sea through the rooftops from the terrace and back bedrooms.

The garden wraps round three sides of the house and is secure. There are two patio areas and a lawned area, two seating areas and two loungers.

This generous house is great for groups up to 11 people and ideal for families who like alot of space, extended families or two or three families holidaying together. I do not take bookings from parties of single young folk.

The house and garden are child safe.

This is a semi-detatched house in a residential area and we really appreciate our neighbours. If you are likely to party or disturb the neighbours then with the greatest respect this is not the holiday house for you !

Guests are also left with telephone numbers for other help including for the boiler and hot water (which are on a 24 hour call out service).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rose (the owner) a message.

If Rose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
